Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Donald and Brett were helpful throughout the process answering all questions and paying a lot of attention to detail. They were on time every day and completed the repair job well before initially promised date. Highly recommend.

Great experience with these plumbing professionals. I worked with Cobey and his two assistances - Aaron and Dylan. Cobey quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan to locate the leak. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within an hour he located the leak and with my approval removed a small piece of the drywall and capped off the leaky pipe.I'm really happy with the service and will be using them if the need arises.Excellent work Cobey!!

Plumb Masters is the best experience I've ever had with plumbing work in my life by a long shot. For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work.Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible. He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater. I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars. Jay fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He then spent a ton of time explaining specifically what had been wrong with my system and how he had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in complete working order and not in need to a pricey fix. He didn't try to sell me or up-charge me on anything that I didn't need.If you want an honest plumber that does a great job, turn to Jay and the folks at Plumb Masters. You won't regret it.

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Yes.When someone referred Johnny Rooter to us, they were listed in their phone as, Zach is a great plumber. I have kept that description in my contacts, since it is true.

We called Ben Franklin after S and D stood us up twice. They were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Dylan was excellent.

They came out first thing on a Saturday morning, after I noticed a leak (wet dirt; meter spinning), and Austin Water had came off to turn off the main line. They quoted me a price that was less than I expected, and got things taken care of on the spot. Ended up being resolved far quicker than I had expected, and I'm grateful someone answered the phone after 11pm on a Friday night!

It is the second time we've had Travis from Austin Plumbery come do work and repairs at our house (leaking kitchen sink and problems with water heater). He gives great attention to detail, is very kind and thorough, and seems very knowledgeable. Both times he arrived within the given timeframe, we're very happy with there service!

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Owner Chris S. is a super guy. You’ll be pleased with the service his company provides.

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
