Best Gas Leak in Austin TX

Raul at S&D Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. Removing an old faucet to install a new one proved to be very difficult due to tight quarters but Raul stuck with it and managed to get it done without damaging the existing sink. He even re-caulked and cleaned up every bit of the messy job. Throughout the whole process he was calm, polite and professional. What a pleasant experience!

Professional company from initial phone call for scheduling to technician who came out. Mike was on site pretty quick. He resolved the problem and checked water pressure and made sure water softener was working properly. Thanks for taking care of our hose bib that failed way too soon. Previous plumber who installed has a warranty that is lacking!

I will never use this company againThey did respond quickly as I had a gas leak on Friday afternoon and my usual Plummer was not a available. Charged me 475.00 to replace the valve behind stove. A 10.00 part. This is a rental and had to get it fixed. I will let better business and Texas attorney general know but do not use this company, they definitely over charge.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

I had a concealed leak in my house (water seeping up through my flooring with no obvious source) which Jami found quickly, and he went above and beyond to figure out the best solution. He provided me a quote prior to doing the work, and when he finished, the actual amount was less! He was extremely courteous and respectful of my property and left my bathroom in the same state he found it. I would absolutely recommend Plumb Masters, and while I hope I have no plumbing issues any time soon, I will be using them again if and when I do! Thank you so much guys!

We’ve never had an issue with this company and they are the go-to guys for our landlord.Michael and Olen were courteous, prompt, communicative, and patient. I appreciate the communication they have with us, as well as the landlord. There have been times, with other companies, where the workers fail to communicate with the tenant and only report to the landlord. This was not the case.If I ever own a home where this company services, I’ll be sure to use them.

He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job.
