Best Fix And Replace in Austin TX

I called this company out to replace a supply line on my toilet, no more than a 5-10 dollar part and an extremely simply fix. They were there for all of 15-30 minutes, and I was billed $216.78, essentially equivalent to them charging $200/hr for their labor. They are lucky I had cancer at the time, otherwise I would have refused payment. Extremely overpriced, haven't used them since and have told others that if they are looking for a plumber, stay away from S&D. Thanks for taking advantage of a disabled customer!

Juan Martinez was wonderful!!! He came out to work on my brother and sister in laws house and was super professional and kind. Even with my daughter wanting to talk with him. Got the issue fixed in a quick and timely manner. Very professional and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know!!

Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

Recently I had a 1/4 gallon per minute leak on my property that was clearly leaking into the ground as part of the front yard was saturated. I called RR and they were able to come out the next day. I was afraid it was going to be under the slab, but they used their leak detection equipment to find it just outside the slab in the yard. They showed me where the pipe had broken down (60 year old house) and were able to replace it quickly. The two plumbers, Jose and Jesus, were very professional and courteous during their work.I think RR is a little more expensive than some local companies, and I think they could do better with their communication when they are going to be running late to a job, but in the end they have done excellent work the two times that I used them. After having some issues with other plumbers, I think it's worth the extra money as plumbing issues are not to be trifled with.

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

We had issues with an older bathroom not draining properly into septic. John came out and attempted to clean out line. Then David came out with camera and found the issue. They had to dig under our slab about 12 ft long by 3 ft wide. Tito came and laid new pipe to have it drain properly. He also did some inside work on bathroom to make sure all was okay as well install a new drain line for washer in laundry room which backs up to said bathroom. Things still weren't draining properly. David came back out and found the issue,there was a clog at a y ,cleared it and now everything works great. We are very pleased in all the time and work that was put in to getting everything right. Will be using them again if needed and will recommend them. Thank you to all the ones that worked on our job.

Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?
