Worst plumbing company ever! Got their info from a neighbor and called them to fix a leak in an outdoor pipe. A guy showed up on time and found the leak quickly. It went downhill from there. After giving me a very high estimate which I accepted because I wanted to fix this problem ASAP, this guy started digging. About 45 min later, he came to my door and told me he needed to show me something. Looked like there are some roots from a tree nearby in the way. The guy gave me two options, either chop down the tree so he can cut all the roots without the tree falling down or reroute which will more than double the already high estimate. I was so surprised by what he said but didn't really know what to do so I ask him to give the invoice for what he did. He charged me 355 bucks and just placed the dirt back onto the leaking pipe. The next day I found another plumber recommended by a friend. He cut out a little roots, dug a nice trench, and fixed the leak for a fraction of the estimate Clarke gave me. It was outrageous that this company sent some incompetent plumber to customers and waste our time by lying and still charged the full rate for doing nothing. Do not use them!!!!!

Benjamin stopped out to replace our burnt out garbage disposal. He showed up on time and got the job done fast! It was great to have a knowledgeable and speedy professional get this taken care of. He was very polite and explained everything we needed to know about the parts / install. We will be using BenjaminBL Plumbing again in the future!

Ethan arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He did a thorough inspection of all the bathrooms to make sure there wasn’t a bigger issue, and then he got right to work on unclogging the problematic bathroom sink drain. It now works perfectly. Ethan was super polite and very respectful of coronavirus safety measures. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

I'm suitably impressed by the quality of Mr. Rooter's work. Not perfect, but pretty darn good. I'd give them a big thumbs up, they deserve to sit at the same table as Austin's other great plumbers.

Slab leak during the snow apocalypse. They were able to schedule me quickly. The phone customer service was amazing. They were able to give me a detailed explanation of the process of finding and repairing a slab leak, an accurate estimate of the cost, and a time table for repair. The technician (Eli I think) was professional and did a great job of repairing the leak while minimizing the damage to the house. Jose and Joseph came out a month later to remove my water heater during the reconstruction process. They were friendly, professional and gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of keeping my current water heater vs replacing it. I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

This place is great. Busy but responsive. Very professional. I had a clogged drain (well behind the wall) and they dealt with it in under an hour. I called this company in case the clog was a cracked pipe in the slab. Not all plumbing cos. do slab work. The clog was colossal and required snaking the line 50 ft. to the main. Reasonable charge given how difficult this would be to DIY. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
