After analysis of the issue, Nick provided a quote for approval explaining what needs to be done. The price was fair. After the approval of the quote, he did a fantastic job. He has gone above-and-beyond expectations cleaning the place after the repair was completed, which was a bonus. If I need any plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call Rooterman Plumbing of Austin and request if Nick can perform the repair.

We are first time homeowners who recently dealt with a flood late at night. They were able to get someone (Travis) out here 9am the next morning to help us fix the problem (faulty fill valve + pipe clog). Travis was so helpful, reliable through the process. Great guy, even gave us some tips on pipe maintenance knowing that we were first time homeowners. Really appreciated how quickly they came and were able to help us resolve the issue. My conscious would not let me hang onto the fact that I gave this company a five star review in exchange for waiving the estimate fee.I chose not to go with this company because the estimate was excessive considering I had purchased the water heater and additional parts in case need. Tech told me to contact office and speak to a supervisor about estimate being broken out as to what I was paying for. Supervisor didn’t want to speak to me, but relayed message thru receptionist that the price given was it. Website has sample cost estimate broken down in 3 categories but they would not do it for potential customer onsite when asked. Tech stood over me to make sure I provided 5 star review. I’m a DIY person so I applied for permit and got a a friend with muscle and replaced it myself and it passed inspection.With the pandemic, price markups I can respect. Price gouging or thinking women homeowner are pushovers is unacceptable.

Capital City is super competitively priced! I got estimates that were so much higher. And they don’t skimp on quality or customer service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I’d had two plumbers out for the same problem and it persisted until I hired Cap City. Within an hour it was fixed and hasn’t reoccurred. Support this small family owned local business! You won’t be sorry.

Responded in timely fashion to give us guidance for remediation of water damage from burst pipe. We followed all his instructions. Chad came back in three days to test for presence of water. Readings gave us peace of mind that we had dried out damaged areas. We appreciated his professional manner and knowledge.

At 8:30 this AM, the COA knocked on my door to tell me they had turned off my water because it was leaking 4 gallons per minute! Obviously this was a crisis as I had already flushed the toilet with my one and only chance.Plumb Masters fit me in this afternoon, immediately located where the issue was and had it fixed in under an hour. I was in need of getting a water softener installed for our new house. 1st home and commercial services sent Mark over to provide a free consultation/estimate. The estimate was very affordable for the work. We got Mark scheduled to come over and he was absolutely fantastic to install and explain the new system. If ever I need services for plumbing or anything else for my house I’ll be calling them again.

Dylan was great at troubleshooting where a leak originated . Very thorough and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the problem and the repair needed. He practiced safe procedures in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic the world is experiencing.

When I called these guys after a failed pressure regulator valve, they came right out. They made a quick fix and hoped that would resolve the issue, sadly it did not. Not their fault. Called Tommy the next morning and he sent the guys right out despite a full schedule and got us all fixed up. Our water pressure is better than it’s been in years! So thankful for these guys!!

Zach Strickland was the most professional serviceman I have experienced in such a long time I was inspired to write this review. It was refreshing to know there are still good people out there doing a great service for it's customers. Zach was someone you felt comfortable inviting into your home as soon as we made contact because he is a good person and a professional at the same time. Zach explains and goes over what he is there to do to help you as a homeonwer and he was very respectful of our home as well. Loved the before text with Zach's photo and contact info... Zach did a great professional job installing for us 2 new toilets and 3 new sink faucets, we hated for him to leave, he felt like part of our family. When ARS showed up they were extremely professional, and they asked me to show them the various spots they would be working on. During the installation, they had to ask various questions. Every time, they were professionally courteous. When it came time to review the installation, and walked me through all the parts of it.I was brought up to believe you can tell the quality of someone's work by what they left behind, not just what they did. When the team left, I found one small screw and an extremely small piece of copper piping. The only other evidence that they were even here was the fact that my air conditioner and heater were installed and working perfectly.

I was able to get someone to come by when desired and they did exactly what I needed them to take care of. Great experience!

My tile was raising on a slab foundation. To rule out the plumbing, I wanted a static test on the fresh lines and drain line. I set an appointment and explained that this was a rental and that keeping the interruptions for the renter to a minimum was paramount. Fast forward two days later - the plumber shows, claims to not know that the job was for a pressure test, and doesn't have all of the tools or the help necessary to complete. Somehow, he does a fresh water pressure test and finds that the leak meter is spinning quickly. Bingo - we have a known problem, I schedule another appointment one week later (that is when the plumber had availability).Today, the same plumber comes back prepared to reroute the freshwater. However, today the leak meter isn't spinning. After pressuring both the fresh and drain lines, no leaks are found.My complaints are 1) this company has bad communication. The plumber showed up not knowing the job and not having the right equipment. Furthermore, most of the confirmation of scheduling/rescheduling was me reaching out to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain vs. them calling me. 2) it was expensive. I was charged nearly the same amount each time...I cannot help but think having two trips and repeating part of the same process each time lead to extra hours.
