After a “do it yourself” mishap with our main home water line, the team from S&D was here in no more than an hour to fix a water leak in our garage on a Saturday. The team was professional, informative, and really helped to make a challenging situation very manageable. I would highly recommend S&D for any of your plumbing needs!

He takes the time to help you understand what's wrong and is patient enough to answer the millions of questions that my warranty provider needed for reimbursement. Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 handymen and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from car won't start to grandmother ill, and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

We had them out for our tub to shower conversion. Completely satisfied from appointment set up to project clean up. The whole team understands customer service and our service tech was nothing short of phenomenal. Talmage clearly knows his stuff and definitely set my expectations higher for all services, let alone plumbers. I hope we don’t need any other plumbing in near future but glad the part of figuring out who to call is settled.

Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. They worked quickly and did a great job. Any water in the sink is draining faster than I've seen in the 2 years we've lived here and we haven't had any further issues. Thanks guys!

Matt was our service tech he was very professional and communicated to us what he was going throughout the job. Had a couple of obstacles that came up but he worked through them and took care of us. The overall experience was great starting with setting up a appointment. They were able to take care of us the same day. I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need.
