Stephen diagnosed and fixed a problem with the plumbing associatiated with our toilet. This is a rental unit, so the issue with our plumbing affected the downstairs apartment. After trying multiple times and failing to contact our property manager for permission to proceed with fixing the problem, Stephen was obligated to leave and return at a later date, but was our advocate for fixing the issue immediately. After finally reaching the property manager, he received clearance to fix the plumbing that is shared by both units (upstairs and downstairs), staying well beyond normal business hours to make sure we were both taken care of. His professionalism and eagerness to finish the job correctly and thoroughly far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Stephen!

I have a sump pump that was poorly installed before I bought my house and I called Radiant because they worked on my neighbors pump. They came out to flush my pump and seems like they did a fine job. However it was almost 1k to do so. They then tried to sales pitch me on 3 different options. One for $6500, one for $9500 and the last for $19000 for an entire system replacement. I had Cap City Plumbing and a close friend who is a plumber come out and quote me for $2400 which we went with. My close friend said that he hears about Radiant trying to overquote people every other day. The vibe I got from their workers was that they were very knowledgeable but seem to be experienced salesman. I would not recommend Radiant unless you have a blank check to redo your plumbing.

We had a strong smell of gas in our garage last night after enjoying our day at the lake. We called reliant to have someone come out and meet with us because the gas company said the gas was coming from our hot water heater. Ray came out first thing this morning and was very thorough at explaining everything that needed to be fixed and why there was gas coming from the heater. He was able to explain the way in a way that I (someone who knows nothing about plumbing) was able to understand. I am currently renting, but really hope my landlord continues to use Reliant. When I purchase my own house I will absolutely be calling them to fix any future issues with plumbing.

Called a number of plumbers for a late night ceiling leak and (I can't remember his name) the gentleman who came out arrived within 30 minutes of the call and was quick to identify the problem. Would absolutely recommend.

They use the water pump and throw water from parking lot not even clear than they charge$971 after rain same problem so I called them you not clear still got same problem all water in parking lot they said no you have to pay same amount it’s crazy. Who ever come to service they don’t have any knowledge they charge only stupid workers

He was patient with us even when the management did want to upsell their products. We managed to agree on a price for system/unit replacement.
