One word: Awesome!Colin, the tech who installed two water heaters for me, was prompt, professional, and consultative. Everyone through the entire process was a joy to work with, and I'd trust them for any plumbing/repair needs in the future. A+ aces!

Last week a plumber from Clarke Kent came out, and I had a frustrating experience. I emailed the company over the weekend to express that the repair hadn't gone as I expected. At 8am on Monday, I received a call from the office that they wanted to send someone out immediately to replace the part that I didn't like. Wow. Great customer service. The fastest response times of several plumbers I called, and after this resolution to the issue I had with them, I'll never go anywhere else for plumbing.

Mack with Reliant plumbing showed up on-time, thoroughly researched the problem and went over our options with us, and then completed the work in a timely manner. We appreciate the good service.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

I called Mr Rooter needing two 27 year old water heaters replaced in my home. I wanted to install tankless heaters and one of my old ones was leaking. A young man came out and turned off the water to the leaking water heater and drained it. I paid him for his service and the price was very reasonable. Then came the pricing for the new install. After having his boss come out to evaluate my propane piping ,who then told me of how inadequate everything was to have two water heaters, he quoted over $ 25,000 to add pipes and regulators all across my attic to fuel my two new water heaters. I had another company install the same water heaters, made all the gas connections and they work like a charm for less than $8,300. I will not call Mr. Rooter again.Perry Marlow

Great experience. They installed a super-quite water heater quickly and efficiently. Good pricing and they worked with us on electrical issues with the water heater as well. They have a friendly team of people working for them. I highly recommend these guys.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

I highly recommend Reiiant Plumbing. We had a problem with a small water heater. I called in the morning and they were out by 1:00 that afternoon. Dustin Raymond diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and professional. I would use them again.

Indigo came to my house and installed hot water heater. Very good customer service and easy to work with. Other companies quoting month to over a month out, called Indigo and was serviced within the next day.
