The owner Mike is extremely lazy, he doesn't put his cart back, doesn't pick up after his dog, has a short temper, and pulls a gun on people when being held accountable for his laziness or shotty work(video proof). Consistently demonstrates habits of someone who is unsuccessful and toxic. I wouldn't hire this worthless excuse of a plumber to plunge my toilet. Has quoted people $500 to replace their toilet seat.

The owner Mike, is a certified ? job with a deadly conduct and I never want someone like him in my home again. Awful company to do business with. Short tempered alcohol smelling individuals like this man are a problem to our communities and their lack of professionalism at work just proves the quality of work you’ll receive at home.Side note to the owner: “Using weapons in a dangerous, threatening, or reckless manner is a crime. In Texas, the reckless use of a weapon is known as deadly conduct and can be charged as either a misdemeanor or felony offense, depending on the circumstances.”

I was walking through the parking lot when I saw this man pull a glock on a do-gooder citizen! Cops couldn't do anything but you will never receive my business! I hope your customers know who they're dealing with before they get shot

He makes sure you understand what he'll do and grabs you for a final review before completion on new product installations so it is just how you want it.He answered all of my questions in depth and even gave recommendations to save me money. It is the best company to choose because of its responsiveness and on-the-spot conduct. They offered us cleaning and rooter services and ensured a smooth process overall. My father is happy with their work and is looking for reasons to hire them again. I am a fan of their services and love their outlook towards their services. Mike was able to come out the same day I called for a diagnosis and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing for any plumbing issue. Mike has been to our house twice for projects. The second time we had an emergency issue on the weekend and I didn’t hesitate to contact them. They were at our house to fix the problem within hours. I can’t say enough great things about the excellent service he provides. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the problem and what fixes are necessary. Called Advanced Plumbing which was my first experience with them. I talked with Mike and he came out that morning. I had no hot water and he diagnosed why, very quickly. My water heater is in the attic and it was leaking. Thankfully the drip pan and the hose directing the water to leak outside was working properly. My water heater was not repairable. Mike explained everything very clearly to me and when my son called, he took the time to explain everything to him as well. Mike is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He replaced my water heater and had everything done that day around 4:00 which was beyond my expectations. Excellent company to work with.

I would respect the owner more if they actually shot people who ask them to put their shopping carts away.

Mike took care of our plumbing issue from start to finish, from taking my call to the repair itself. He discussed our options and explained the complete process as well as what may result from each one. He kept everything nice and clean, obviously that is a big deal when dealing with plumbing repairs/ issues. Pricing is fair. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues that may come up.

We needed to run a gas line for our laundry room so we could install a gas dryer. Luckily enough, we found Mike. He was more than patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He has a wealth of knowledge and best of all, was more than willing to share it. We had Mike from Advanced Plumbing out to repair the faucet and faulty water pressure in our master shower. He was phenomenal. He arrived very promptly, gave us a fair estimate and competed the work efficiently. We now have a functional shower after so many years of using it with a wiggly handle and low water pressure. So thankful for Mike. He came over and replaced our shorted out water heater. He went out of his way to find the largest capacity tank possible that would fit into a tight space (at our request). It was a tough job and he worked really hard to make it work for us. He spent a good amount of time checking to make sure everything worked post-installation and adjusted the water temp to suit our needs. He also repaired our tub faucet after recognizing an issue with it, and now it works so much better. Highly recommend Mike.

Apparently the going rate for toilet repair is $469 per hour. I was quoted a flat rate to do this job and agreed to the price not realizing it was only a 1 hour job. After working with him before I thought he'd treat me fairly, now I just feel like I got ripped off.

Advanced Plumbing is our preferred plumber. Mike does excellent work and we plan to continue using him for all our Plumbing needs. He spent all morning at our house installing and un-installing items. Mike and Sarah are great people to work with. Most of all we trust him in our home without question.

This is the second time Mike has come to our rescue. Last year we were having problems with our Navien tankless water heater. After another plumbing company could not give us a clear diagnosis, Mike worked with the manufacturer and discovered there was a broken part and helped us get it fixed under the warranty. Today we had clog in the kitchen sink and a pipe disconnected sending water everywhere. Luckily for us, Mike was finishing a job nearby. Once again he was very personable and professional and got the job done right. We will definitely call Advanced Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend Mike.

Fantastic customer service. We called Mike first thing in the morning with an issue left by another sub contractor who we had to let go due to shoddy work. We had leaks and a drywall crew waiting to get our remodel wrapped up. Mike was able to come out same day, estimate the project quickly and fix everything for us so that we could get back on track. I highly recommend him.

Mike was extremely helpful from the start. He somehow managed to squeeze us in on a busy day and was very knowledgeable about our particular plumbing issue. Job was completed within the estimated time frame and we are back up and running.

I’ve used Mike from Advanced Plumbing twice. Once to convert my two tank water heaters to a tankless and the seocond time to fix a clogged sink drain. Before I decided on the right plumber I had a few companies come out as converting to tankless is very pricey. Mike is incredibly professional and takes the extra time to answer all my questions and does a great job. I never felt rushed and is very personable. Couldnt be happier with the results. A year after install things are working great!

Had my gas hot water heater swapped out from a second floor attic, done very fast and they were very responsive and took care to not dirty my carpets. You really don't want to be out of hot water for long. Labor was ~$1200 for the job. Its been several months and no issues so far.Only thing that might surprise folks is there is an initial service charge to get the job quote, but that's refunded in the job price so you don't lose anything.

Called for a toilet repair and everything was good until Mike showed up smelling like beer. I questioned him about it and he raised his voice asking if I wanted the job done or not completely avoiding my question. He did the job but I will never do business with him again he made me feel threatened in my own home.

Advanced Plumbing and Mike van Mastrigt in particular were great! They were super helpful on the phone, answering all my questions, when I was setting up the appointment and Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in person. I called them out for a possible water line leak in the yard. It turned into a much bigger job than anyone anticipated but Mike stuck with it, kept me up to date, offered multiple solutions, and ultimately completed the job in as timely a manor as possible. Neither of us expected (nor wanted) the depth of repair required to fix my issue but all the work was done professionally and with a high level of customer service. Of course, I hope to never need plumbing work done again but, with home ownership, I know I will and when I do, I will absolutely be calling Advanced Plumbing and recommending them to anyone that needs a good quality plumber.

I have used Advanced Plumbing to install a tankless water heater and bathroom faucets. Every time I have contacted them, Mike always responds promptly. Bar none the best plumber I have ever dealt with. I called Mike V on a Saturday morning at 6:55am. He answered on the first ring and was at my house within the hour. He was professional, courteous, polite and most of all honest. Advanced Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever use.

Mike came out on May 24 (Sunday) to assist with the removal of our natural gas cap. I had a small family gathering at 1pm and it was 12:14pm. Not only was he able to come out, he did it within 30-40 minutes; he could've scheduled this later in the day, but didn't.When he found out that what I had was a 1/2 pipe and the conversion kit was 3/8ths, he provided (via text messages) images from Home Depot of exactly what I needed to covert.That, to me, is going above and beyond typical service. Came out on Memorial Weekend when normally most businesses would be closed and did it in a crunch instead of scheduling later in the day; did not have the parts on hand, but provided DETAILED (via images from Home Depot) what I needed. Because of this, I was able to get my grill up and running for my guests.Beyond the professional service, Mike was kind, attentive and listened. The toilet was leaking water from the base and flooding my bathroom. Mike came out within a couple of hours and was able to fix the leak. He unclogged the pipe and sealed up the toilet. In my experience in dealing with any service provider, none was as thorough in explaining in such detail. Not only was he knowledgeable but personable and prompt as well. This company gets a gold standard of approval on my books. This positive review doesn’t seem like enough because it was that positive of an experience! I HIGHLY recommend this company, as well as this particular employee.

The service was excellent, they came within 2 hrs for a drainage issue with the toilet which was backing up into the tub. Mike was really professional, he fixed the problem very quickly and gave great advice with the plumbing in general for our new home. I would highly recommend!

After several companies were unable to provide quick service, Mike with Advanced Plumbing was able to squeeze in a same day appointment for our non functional garbage disposal and sink. A main water line leak was the culprit to some significantly high water bills. I called a few plumbing companies and was impressed with Advanced Plumbing’s approach, professionalism, and knowledge. Mike V shared the best case and worst case ranges, which were significantly lower than another popular, local plumbing company. Mike quickly located the leak and worked hard to ensure the repair would hold. I ended up adding on two water heater flushes, which were a fraction of the cost to the other company, as well. A job well done for something that could have been devastating! I would use Advanced Plumbing again as needed in the future.

Mike was on time for the job, he wore shoe covers to enter the house. I bought a water heater from him with life time warranty. He did not keep us waiting. I am really impressed. We could not wait for one more day without hot water. Glad he turned up at a moment's notice, also he answered the phone right away. Nowadays it is very difficult to get someone to come in a short notice.

The office staff (on phone) was courteous and professional. Our Service Agent, Mike, was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, efficient, on-time, and courteous. Prices were comparable to other companies in area, but included detailed explanations of work and parts included, plus a warranty.

Mike left a mess. When politely asked to clean it up he got extremely defensive and irate. If he can’t do the little things right like picking up after himself what make you think he isn’t cutting corners else where.Edit: It’s not fake or harassment; I have video evidence. The only place you want to call. I’ve had them out for a leaky shower and a leaking water heater. Every time, Mike thoroughly explains my options and goes through why everything is happening. The prices are better than fair and what’s most important is you know what you’re paying for. I don’t even worry about potential plumbing issues in the future knowing there’s someone so reliable in my area.

I called Advanced Plumbing On a Sunday as the alarm from my grinder pump went off. My home is not even 2 yrs old.When I called to schedule the visit I mentioned it was the grinder pump that needed to be fixed. I was told that their service charge was $69 and It would be voided if I decided for them to fix it.Well....when the technician Mike arrived, he was not even able to do a diagnosis, and did not even bother to open the lid of the pump to assess the issue. He said that was a very laborious process( My neighbor came and opened the lid in just 10 mins after the technician left). The technician handed me an estimate of $669 just to Disconnect pump from utilities and perform inspection. Yes, you read that night. JUst for a diagnosis of a grinder pump issue.The very least he could have done was to open the lid for the $69 they charged . It is deceiving that they would not tell their clients that if they have to check a grinder pump it will cost $669 just to lift the lid.(which takes only 5- 10 minutes) and to give you a diagnosis report.For those of you who have this issue, please simply silence your alarm,turn off the motor and if you don't have an overflow you can still wait a few hrs or 24 hrs to call a another company who will not charge you a trip fee and will give you a free estimate and a diagnosis. I gave them one star for coming to my home on labor day weekend. Don't waste $69 and your valuable time with this company if you have a grinder pump issue. The rest of my experience with this company was not deserving of any star. BTW, even if your pump is jammed I called several reputable plumbing companies after he left and it costs only between $175-$320 to do this job...NOT $700.

We just moved to Georgetown and Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service came out and took care of the water coming from the floor above.( it was the 10 yr old water heater that was never replaced) They went above and beyond our expectations, even wearing shoe covers during the whole job of replacing the heater. Once he was done they showed us how to check the heater yearly to make sure it's safe for our family. Customer for life!

I called multiple companies for quotes on a new water heater & Advanced Plumbing was able to provide financing so I was able to upgrade to a tankless water heater! The technician was so professional with everything being done electronically so that helped speed up the financing, the work is guaranteed and I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues in the future!

We had an issue with low water pressure in the house. Mike came out and fixed the Pressure valve. He explained the problem in detail and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service and fixed the issues for right price. Very Happy with the service.

I called them today for a quote on a job. They said that they charge $40.00 because it pre-qualifies a potential client. Anyone that is not willing to commit to a minor assessment fee, is most likely going to waste their time. When I said that other plumbers do not charge the assessment fee. They said that my unwillingness to pay the assessment fee is a huge red flag to them. This has been my experience. I am a customer and have the message they texted to my phone.
