Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service! We called on a Monday for 3 separate issues, were scheduled for Wednesday, and had all 3 issues resolved in the same day. Bonus points that David, our technician, was sweet with my toddler. They even worked around my toddler's nap and snack schedule when going out to get parts and coming back to finish the work! They also offer a military discount, so don't forget to ask for it if it applies. Highly recommend!

What's not to love about this company? I've used them previously, and decided it is time to sign their praises. I needed to have the annual flushing of the water heaters and also a valve stem replaced in a guest lav. Scheduling was a breeze, and text this morning kept me informed as to anticipated arrival time...spot on. The work started, and then David decided to stop as they found a few things on one water heater and on the other than needed replacing. The could have completed what they stated, and then charged me for a second visit. But nope -- they stopped everything, ordered the parts they needed, and promised they would be back today (same day). Indeed, they came back within hours, finished the work...and I could not possibly be more pleased or give them a better recommendation. Bravo!

I have used them since I bought my house and they have always been prompt, reliable, honest and hardworking. I will refer them to everybody! You included!

Called them one afternoon when the first plumber couldn’t make the scheduled appointment. They graciously added me to their schedule, showed up earlier than estimated, and diagnosed that I needed a new faucet. When I ran into trouble installing my new faucet, they were able to come back out and finish the install. Excellent service and I will definitely call them first next time.

Louis and Tiffany responded immediately to our emergency. They came within 30 mins of us calling, were very professional and took care of the indoor plumbing leak in no time! I highly recommend them and are super happy with their service. Thank you 4 Paws Plumbing!

4 Paws well exceeded my expectations, Louis and Tiffany were amazing! I had a leak under my bathroom floor and anticipated a huge cost and possibly an insurance claim. Big shout out to Louis Ibarra & Four Paws Plumbing. I met Louis a few years ago when he was connecting my house to WCID17 water main. Four paws has done several plumbing projects at our house since then, from tankless water heaters to an extensive master bath & laundry room addition. Louis has always gone the extra mile to get all of our projects accomplished with attention to detail. Last week, Louis stayed until 830pm to complete a last minute project. I am BEYOND grateful to 4 Paws Plumbing. After SNOVID, we were up schitt's creek without a paddle. Busted brand new water heater and couldn't get a plumber to actually show up. I was losing my mind not having hot water in my house. Laundry, dishes, stinky kiddos. At 6pm on a Friday, 4Paws arrived because my neighbor who is a builder called in a favor for me. I was so desperate. Our incredible neighbor let us buy his water heater from him (he said he could wait a month or two for a new one, since you literally could not find a water heater to buy in the state of TX after snowmageddon) and 4Paws had it installed within an hour. I was beyond impressed and so, so grateful. I will only use 4Paws Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward....And shout out to the terrible Austin Metro Plumbing for giving me a confirmed appointment via text, making me wait a week, and then NOT showing up or returning my phone call or text message. Y'all need to take some lessons from 4 Paws Plumbing on customer service.4 Paws are honest, hardworking plumbing rockstars!

I needed my main irrigation ball valve replaced due to a rusted handle. The service was quick, easy and professional. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

We had two leaks after the February 2021 winter storms. Both were over a weekend. I texted 4 Paws and each time received an immediate response.They came when they said they would. They resolved the immediate issue allowing us to rein the water on. They are very professional.Perhaps most important, they are really nice people. They donate a % of earnings to Austin Pets Alive so I made a contribution as well.This company is now my go to plumbing resource.

In this polar apocalypse, I had a pipe break at 9:00 pm. They were at a neighbors’ house working on a leak they had and was able to get them to come to my house when they were done. They were super nice, responsive and professional. So helpful and a life saver. I can’t recommend them enough! ?
