Best Commercial/Residential Service in Austin TX

First time customer. Had evidence of a leak in my kitchen. Technician was friendly and suggested it was prob the dishwasher. While he went back to his truck to get some tools, I took the front off the dishwasher myself and saw the leak. He can't fix dishwashers, so his job was done. So having done nothing but provide the dishwasher suggestion, he hands me a bill for $200. I understand that's what he charges for an hour of work, and his suggestion was right. But charging the full $200 for a suggestion -- not cool. Guess I'll keep looking for a new plumber.

We decided to go with Rooterman Plumbing of Austin after already having made an appointment with a different company. We did this because after calling and speaking to Misty she seemed well informed of all the different options that had to do with our clogged drain line from the house to the septic tank. We called and cancelled with the other company after Misty immediately reached back out to let us know that David, a master technician was in the area and able to come by right there and then. David went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He ran a camera down our lines and showed us all of our issues as well as gave us recommendations on how to correct them. He explained everything as he did it and was very knowledgeable! We will never look elsewhere when it comes to any of our plumbing or septic system problems in the future. Highly recommend this company.

We had Clarke Kent out to look at our broken hot water heater. After charging us $500+ dollars for something that should have been covered under warranty and then telling us they had to contact warranty company we are still waiting after 3 months for a response and worse yet the owner and supervisiors will not call us back. I can't believe a place like this is still in business considering the prices are outrageous and the service is poor at best. I am very disappointed with this company.

Gilbert is the best. As a young new homeowner, he takes time to explain things to me and does not try to overcharge me on things I don't need when he completely could. I am so happy to have found him, and I highly recommend him! He also loves dogs.

We had a clog between our establishment and the city plumbing pipe. Talmage show up on time and took care of the problem. Very professional. This is my first review for any services for our business.

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

Very professional and patiently answered all questions. To be brought up to code I had to have sheet rock installed and a vent added. They couldn't do that but they contacted a company that could. Highly recommend them.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

My exgirlfriend got mad at me for catching her cheating on me and ripped off the hot water knob on my bath tub after she finished taking a shower. Victor was amazing! Not only did he replace my hot and cold water knobs, but he fixed the leaks too that were leaking water from the knobs when they were on! He also came back to ensure the water pressure was good. Fabian, his boss, was also very professional and helpful in making sure the job was done right! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing their plumbing needs met! Great work at a great price!!!

These guys are top notch. They Saved me at the buzzer when my mother in law was about 4 hours away from coming into town. They showed up on the fly and their work and customer service was perfect.

Make sure you ask lots of questions before using this company. Here's why. I asked to have a plumber dispatched for a new electric water heater that did was not producing hot water. Fast plumbing charge $218 dollars for a diagnostic call. I agreed to the amount.A plumber and apprentice came by in less than an hour. Both people diagnosed the problem as a low voltage or fuse problem. Needless to say fuse issues are outside of their job. However (most) plumbers understand to turn off/on switch was near the water heater was off. In my case my switch was never turned on. This manor issue was missed by the master plumber and apprentice. I called the office hoping to come to a monetary compromise but the office manager refused to take responsibility this BASIC plumbing oversight.

Joe and Brian did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. From start to finish--we were given a detailed estimate, they arrived on time, cleaned up as they went along, and took care of everything with expertise and professionalism. Also, Jennifer and Tara at the office were very polite and helpful. Absolutely recommend Plumb Masters for your plumbing needs.

Daniel did an amazing job working on our garbage disposal and toilet. He took the time to educate us on what the issues were and what to look for to prevent any more issues. He was professional and quick at fixing everything!
