These guys are great. They responded quickly to a broken main at my residence on a Saturday. Not only did they fix the main but checked all of the pipes inside as well discovering that a lot of dirt and pebbles had gotten into our pipes. Grant was thorough making sure everything was squared away before he left. I highly recommend their service.

Curtis came out to fix a couple of leaky faucets. He showed up on time, did the work, pointed out a potential future problem and tidied after himself. We we so impressed with his professionalism we hired him for a bigger job with our bath. He tackled that with no problem, again very professional. He even recommended a tile guy to us. We’ve been looking for a regular plumber and I think we’ve found one.

We had Clarke Kent out to look at our broken hot water heater. After charging us $500+ dollars for something that should have been covered under warranty and then telling us they had to contact warranty company we are still waiting after 3 months for a response and worse yet the owner and supervisiors will not call us back. I can't believe a place like this is still in business considering the prices are outrageous and the service is poor at best. I am very disappointed with this company.

I have used Mr. Rooter for quite a few years. They have done a variety of general plumbing jobs for us as well as major jobs like replacing a sewer line. They are always polite and on time, and in general do good work.My most recent experience however, makes me question whether I will use them again. We purchased a new toilet to replace an older model and I was planning to install it myself. However, I discovered that the water cutoff valve to the toilet was an old style valve with flare fittings and could not find a fill line that would fit. So I called Mr. Rooter to replace the valve with a more modern ball valve. I was given an estimate ($286) which seemed really high but I thought maybe it was more complicated than I thought. Well it wasn't -- the technician (who by the way was very nice -- no complaint with him) simply unsoldered the old valve and soldered in an adapter and new valve (actual time to complete all this was like 20 minutes plus a trip to a supply house because he didn't have the correct valve in his truck). So my $150 toilet ended up costing $450 thanks to the valve replacement and I'm still not sure why I was charged so much for the work.

2/26/2021: Jose and Jesus were fantastic! Got straight to work on the broken pipe, tested pressure throughout the house, ensured all faucets worked, and ensured we were satisfied before leaving. So grateful!

Misleading about their massive fees and billing procedures; unprofessional office staff.Called them to come give me a quote for the repair of a commercial water heater and their response time sounded good. When they came out I was told that the Evaluation Service Fee, was 255$, regardless of how simple the issue is. Sounded excessive, but since that usually comes with the work, I said ok. Their technician Dominic was good with his work, etc. He was able to fix the problem (even with a few complications, i.e. blew one of our fuses touching two leads together so had to run and get more; needed a tool he didn't have on his van so had to run get it, etc.). So after the work, he said that his supervisor would not let him invoice me, which is somewhat unusual as well (and would have been nice to know upfront). Of course you try to work with everyone you want to continue doing business with, so complied in good faith. Well after paying, realized that I had been charged the full amount of the repair and then also the service fee. Since usually if I bid out a job to a company, on giving them the job they include that in the cost for the work. Maybe an oversight. Called their office and spoke with their Office Manager Jennifer, who when asked about it made it clear that she felt I was attempting to not pay them for the work done. I apologized and told her that I would like to keep doing business with them, but that the usual was to include a Service Call fee within the cost of the payment for providing the business. She was very clear that they did not feel they needed our business. Did not want to even let me speak to someone else, said I would have to schedule a call. No wonder they did not want to invoice me. Well point taken. I'll never work with this company again.If you are with the company reading this; please make sure that if you are going to charge an excessive service fee and not include it with the work (as is a standard in the industry) that you are making that explicit to the person who is paying.Misleading customers is unethical, and not very good business.

My hot water heater went out this week and Mason had someone to my house within hours to come take a look at it. The next morning they arrived on time (early actually) and began work immediately to replace it. They were polite, helpful and got the situation taken care of in the most cost effective route. Their phone number is now saved in my phone for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

Christian and his wife came by quickly when we were in a jam and not only fixed the problem, but also gave us advice and input on plumbing care. We are newish homeowners and are still learning, so we sincerely appreciate that. They both got snuggles from our dogs who were underfoot and did not seem to mind. I will now suggest adept plumbing to everyone!

Mojica Plumbing has been a client of mine so when I needed plumbing services, Mojica was my first call. The service was great. I received a call before the service and Oscar was able to put my mind at ease. Oscar listened to the description of the problem then explained the work he would do and the cost.The work was completed very quickly and with no surprises. Mojica turned what would have been a three trip to home depot project into a single call.

We had a new water heater installed today. Nicholas and a coworker came in and did the job i less than 2 hours. They were extremely polite and kept everything very clean. Reasonable price and he explained everything to us.

I was just impressed by the young man. I'll call them again if the need arises.

When I had a problem with it, they immediately came back out & fixed the problem with no charge. It works perfectly.
