Well, McGinnis Plumbing is awesome. They responded to my call yesterday for a leaking Water Heater, showed up this am and replaced it. It is the holiday season, so the price might be a bit more, but the service and care was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend them.

Used this company to repair our shower faucet a couple years ago. They cut a hole into our wall, which is still there. Tried to give them a chance to repair the same shower faucet, was told a technician would contact us, which never happened. Called several times to schedule, and kept getting vague responses. I don’t recommend this company.

Great guys. Came out and replaced a valve that froze during deep freeze during the holidays. Had me back operational quickly.

McGinnis was chosen for warranty repairs and their certification on the particular brand of tankless heater in our home. They were very thorough in their assessment of either repairing under warranty or replacement. Prices were fair and the speed of the re-install was exceptional

Absolutely loved working with McGinnis Plumbing. He was so professional and had to work carefully to fit all the plumbing exactly into our space for our new claw foot tub with plumbing that was freestanding. Brian was amazing.

Took my deposit. Left huge trenches in both my walkways to my home for weeks. Said it was a 5 day job... walked away with my deposit after 15 days. New plumber had to redo all work and fix the broken work they did. McGinnis Team thought they were real funny and my job was a joke. Not a good choice. Even for repairs. I signed a contract and they stole my money .

He is prompt, has shown up exactly when he says he is and gives me a courtesy call before his arrival. I've recieved expert quality service and fair pricing. I hired this company for my grandfather to Get a water leak fixed and they came out the very next day. The technician was great and fixed the issue. Brian was great at contacting me and was very personable and provided great customer service. My grandparents are elderly and so I try to be weary of who we hire because I don’t want them to get scammed. Brian and his technician were honest , fair priced, and got the job done. Brian was very nice to my grandfather and made him feel so comfortable and because of that, I will recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you!

Billing is horrible and they showed up with a snake that is the lowest level you can rent at Home Depot and do yourself. It broke his “$40” head and said some high pressure water company would have to come out. Good thing my friends dad is a master plumber and came out with the proper snake that made McGinnis’ look like a toy. Unclogged it in about 2 mins and solved the problem. They did find other stuff and fixed it (hopefully it lasts). Came for 3 visits to fix the main issue and I paid each time. Tech said they would send a bill each time. I called and left a message at the office after a week asking for a bill. No call back. I called again after 2 weeks said it would be right over. Called again after 3 weeks and the tech called me to see what he did. I needed this to prove my expenses on a bigger job. He provided a bill as all in one service, not the 3 broken out. All 3 checks had been cashed at this point. It said I owe them the total of all 3 amounts. I emailed the company and asked for an invoice with explanations not saying I owed something I had already paid for. Got a call from “Brian” saying he’d look into what work was done and get back to me. Still waiting to hear back. While tech was here, he said his boss was also a contractor and could take over the job I was doing and do it correctly. Not very ethical in my opinion since they were originally called as a 3rd party to give an opinion. I’m sure the owner will respond to this since it’s a negative review but I have everything stated above on audio/video or pics of cashed checks if you’d like to see them feel free to contact me. Happy to supply proof. I would not use them other than the fact the tech was very accommodating once here. Really did try just think he was in over his head a bit.

We had carbon monoxide leaking from our water heater into our home and Brian was able to have our water heater replaced and properly vented within a day. His team was very fast, professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

While the expertise of the owner and project manager was excellent, the scope of installing a neighborhood of sewer connections seemed to overwhelm the capabilities of the crew. Often times crews were left without full information, full supplies or direct supervision. Challenges presented by the City further complicated and prolonged the process. The result was a project that took longer than planned. I think McGinnis did well under challenging circumstances and would call on the again.

We had a plumbing issue under the foundation. We found Mr. McGinnis Plumbing Company on the Angie’s list. Mr. McGinnis were extremely professional and knowledgeable to diagnose the location of the plumbing issues. He had his crew came out to dig under the foundation to do the repair and it was fixed in few days. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

They are an excellent company. They really care about their customers and their work is top quality. I always get a prompt response from them and they provide excellent work. They have done multiple jobs at my place including a water heater replacement, will 100% use them again.

McGinnis Plumbing came to our rescue when everyone in our neighborhood was struggling with busted pipes. He went above and beyond to find and fix our problem and proceeded to help several of our neighbors out in the process. Friendly, professional and fairly priced even during a historic weather event. With the level of trust and quality work we received, we have called McGinnis back out several times and continue to refer their business.

I had a garbage disposal problem that I discovered about 48 hours before leaving town for a week. McGinnis Plumbing responded within minutes and was able to get someone out the next morning to fix it. They even moved up the time to get it done sooner.It all got fixed quickly and I was so appreciative of their professionalism and service!

These are my GO TO plumbers every time! I've done business with them many times now. Any time someone needs a plumber, I tell them to call McGinnis. Damon is great! He stayed super late one night installing a tank less water heater and didn't quit until the job was complete and the water was back on. Super service!

Brian came out on short notice to fix a slow flush toilet. Turned out to have calcium buildup from the hard water. No problems since and he gave us some maintenance ideas.

Made an appointment for 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM on their website. Got a confirmation for 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Ok fine. Wait until 8:20 AM. No plumber. No call. Call them and leave voicemail. Get call back just before 8:30 AM with an excuse that they had a late night but plumber will be there and will give call for arrival time. Wait until 9 AM. No call. Call back to get an estimated time of the estimated time of arrival. Get a different excuse that they are double booked for the morning and can't make it until the afternoon. No apology. No communication. Waste of time. Person on phone was not professional. Not calling is not professional. Don't waste your time!

Had an inlet bust on the hot water heater on Christmas Eve day. Water everywhere in the garage. Matter was resolved quickly and professionally in a short time frame. Will use again should the need arise. Highly recommended.
