Had a tenant emergency that required a plumber at midnight. They were the 7th company I called, and they immediately dispatched a plumber. The other 5 heavily marketed, recognizable plumbers' customer service left a lot to be desired. 2 never called me back, and the other 3 took me through lengthy info gathering, only to tell me they don't have after hours plumbers, which was precisely why I called them in the first place. The other plumber had bad marketing where they were advertising in TX, despite not working anywhere close.Use Davis. Awesome customer service, and their plumber Ryan was as pleasant at midnight as one could possibly be.

We had three small plumbing issues we needed resolved. We called Davis. They sent two men out who showed up on time and were extremely professional. They handled all three issues in about 20 minutes. They didn't charge me a dime. They certainly could have and I would have had no problem paying as they resolved the issues. But they didn't. That just doesn't happen in this day and age. In the future, if I have any plumbing issues they will be the first people I call. Amazing.

I had a part in my shower that needed to be replaced and he was able to fix it, he explained to me how the unit worked and what he was fixing, and was very reasonable in price. I highly recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Raymond and his assistant fixed a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom in a timely manner. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I've dealt with many dishonest plumbers. I hired Davis Plumbing Services to remove my old tank water heater and replace it with a tankless water heater. Ray helped me with the selection of unit for my home and put me at ease on how he would complete the job. Ray took care of everything including the building of a wooden frame to mount the new water heater and all the plumbing for the water, gas and exhaust lines. The system he specified and installed worked out better than expected. Not only is my water hot it also comes to the tap faster than it did with my old water heater. The first 5 years I lived in my house I had my downstairs toilet come loose every few months. Every time a tech would come to reinstall the wax ring and it would get loose again. This last time I called Ray at Davis Plumbing Services and he showed up within the hour. As luck would have it he was finishing up a service in the area when I called. He told me the reason my toilet would not stay put is my mounting ring was damaged. He fixed that and set the toilet. The price was reasonable. I have not had an issue in over a year. I will not call anyone else in the future.

Raymond Davis installed/modified the gas pipe to accommodate installation of a new dual fuel range and installed the range. From start to finish it was EXCELLENT! When I requested an estimate for the job, he responded promptly to schedule a meeting. He arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the needs and gave me an estimate both on the spot and in a follow-up email. After I purchased the range, he responded quickly to my request and accommodated my schedule. He arrived as promised on the date scheduled, worked steadily and efficiently to complete the work, instructed me regarding operation and safety features. He made sure my other gas appliances were back up and running properly after the gas was turned back on. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Davis Plumbing Services! There was a leak from the upper floor bath tub to the ceiling of the lower floor. Another vendor quoted an exorbitant price for labor plus cost for replacing the entire fixture by breaking open the dry wall. Since I was more or less sure that the issue did not warrant such extensive replacement, I tried Davis Plumbing Services. Raymond reached my home within the window of appointment and was quick to identify the reason for the leak which was a very minor one that didn't require any additional labor or parts replacement. Quite impressed with his professional and honest approach.

Came out for 10 min to tell us our water heater had a leak. $150. Quoted new one with labor $2,600 and said he wouldn't take old one. So, do we make a planter out of it? We went through Home Depot who installed it, removed old one, and saved us $1,000.

I was having the foundation being repaired and at 5:30 pm on a Friday night they showed me a mangled water pipe and said it needed to be repaired before the city inspector saw and demand it be fixed. I called mid-day the following day and the plumber came out in the afternoon, quickly and professional fixed the water pipe which actually carried NO water. With some of the odd things that the contractor did this was one more sloppy problem with the contractor. I was most impressed in that he explained each thing he used to correct the issue. Apparently the inspector just driving by without going in and checking, was the “inspection”. While the plumber and I did the right thing, city inspector didn’t. I will recommend this company without any hesitation to others for fast, professional service with a dash of education explaining what he did to repair the problem.
