Best Clogged Drain Pipe in Austin TX

Jason and Lance did a wonderful job installing my new water heater after winter storm Uri. I’m very pleased.

Curtis was very quick to fix something I broke trying to remove some things myself. He welded on a new tub spout pipe for me and removed a corroded drain that was stuck in place. He was very helpful and didn't make me feel stupid - much appreciated!

My 75-yr old mother (who is currently living alone) called Roto Rooter to get a cap removed that had fallen into a sink drain. She was quoted $60 estimate and was satisfied with that estimate so she asked for the drain stoppers to be replaced in both sinks in the bathroom and she was charged $706 for labor! After complaining about the price and ripping off the elderly the technician lowered the price by $75. They were in the home for about an hour. This is price gouging and taking advantage of an old woman. Upon review on the BBB there were MANY other complaints from people about similar situations with their older parents.

I highly recommend this company! I called and had someone come out in a half hour. Tim has been our plumber on two jobs and he was patient, helpful, and a great listener. He provided us with options based on our needs and provided excellent service and final products. We will be using Tim again for our new kitchen plumbing installation next, followed by a new water heater! We have our forever plumber!

Christian and Beatrice are indeed two of the finest people I have met on this planet. All the reviews stating how nice they are, are absolutely correct. Yes, they love dogs as a bonus.My wife noticed that her chair was making carpet swamp noises when moving around in her office as I was making breakfast. Immediately tracked it down to a leak. I shut the water off to the house and released the remaining pressure by turning the hose on and spraying it out. Called a few plumbers based on neighborhood reviews and Beatrice hit me up first to get the details. They finished a job around noon and would be able to help me after that.They came in and identified the leak quickly, and I had water again in a few hours. It was a PEX line that had developed cracks and a pinhole leak. Christian informed me of the manufacturers warranty (25 years) and let me know of the steps to take. Very informative.While working through the invoice at the end he asked me to bring the dogs in and of course the doges loved them as well. To the point where my dogs are packing bags and planning an escape tonight. Jerkface dogs...I really enjoyed and appreciate this duo. Please give them all the money. That is all.
