The 1st person they sent out was awful and I was seriously contemplating writing a bad review. However, as soon as I contacted them about the problem, they stepped up, sent out another plumber and completely took care of every problem. I didn't expect them to take the time and care to get things right as many contractors don't have integrity. These guys deserve the credit for truly making their service worth the money spent.

Mr. Rooter replaced a large drainage pipe for me. This was a big, multi-day project. They charge a flat fee but still took the time to do the job right. Great workmanship and service!

Zoom Drain Austin exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic service! We called to request assessment of several drains in our house and then cleaning for any blockages. Appointment setup was easy and they were very communicative about scheduling and arrival time. The technician was very kind and professional. His assessment was thorough and we ended up needing cleaning in three of the four drains we had assessed. He had all the equipment he needed and took pictures and videos from before and after so we could see how much more quickly the water drained. Quite a difference, we had no idea they were so bad. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone on need of service!

Our drain line and sewer line were made of a failing cast iron system. We were tired of regular sewer line cleaning. Seeking a solution, a neighbor recommended Starr Sewer and Drain. Starr came out and gave the system a sewer line cleaning followed by a hydrostatic test and sewer camera inspection. Watching the sewer camera inspection roll through 100+ feet of cast iron drain line and sewer line delivered the clarity we needed to take the big leap and perform a full sewer line replacement. The project started 2 days late due to rain but was somehow completed on time. I want to express my gratitude, the Starr Crew worked overtime to stay on schedule to get the sewer line replacement completed. If you have cast iron sewer and drain lines, I would strongly recommend starting with a simple sewer camera inspection and hydrostatic test. I give a big “Thumbs-Up” to this crew.

Really impressed with Christian and Adept Plumbing. He was incredibly responsive and took the time ahead of his visit to ensure he came with the right parts and solution. When here he worked quickly and professionally and did a great job fixing how our appliances were draining which was causing some issues for our dishwasher.
