My foundation company contracted with Radiant to perform a hydrostatic plumbing test after my foundation lift. Billy Stavropoulos, Service Technician, performed the test and I can't tell you how pleased I was with the service. Billy was highly knowledgeable and explained the process in a way I could understand. He was also meticulous in his work and even mopped the bathroom and hall floors to remove the debris resulting from the work.The plumbing test showed a slow leak in my cast iron sewer lines, which resulted in Billy arranging for another specialist (Kyle Holt) to come do a camera inspection of the plumbing line. Kyle was just as knowledgeable and meticulous as Billy. Kyle promptly provided me with repair options and bids to replace the cast iron pipes under my foundation slab. Billy and Kyle exhibited exceptional professionalism and made the experience a very positive one. Thank you Radiant!

Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right- with a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. We highly recommend Blue Dragon- he will do it right and treat you like family.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

My water heat broke. I called and a tech was at our house within a few hours to diagnose the situation. By the next morning a new water heater was installed. The two techs who did the work, Jose and Jesus were professional. They cleaned up and all along the process kept me informed. At the end they answered all my questions too. I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Austin Plumbery is definitely a five-star company. They are professional, timely, and have reasonable rates. I have used them for my home and for the campus that I manage. Joe was very patient and accommodating through my recent bathroom remodel. He had to come multiple times, and it was always with a smile. Plus, it's a female-owned business, and I am one for supporting women in the trades.

When I called these guys after a failed pressure regulator valve, they came right out. They made a quick fix and hoped that would resolve the issue, sadly it did not. Not their fault. Called Tommy the next morning and he sent the guys right out despite a full schedule and got us all fixed up. Our water pressure is better than it’s been in years! So thankful for these guys!!

We had water seeping in between the vinyl flooring of our master closet. It was a very small amount yet they were able to definitively determine where the leak was coming from and repair it. It was coming the hot water pipe that feeds the master shower and it was in the foundation. They located the pipe at the manifold and rerouted through the attic. Very little in the way of holes to the sheet rock were made. Jon Day was masterful and extremely thorough, taking care that everything was thoroughly checked and validated. I absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
