My technician was Jason Bowerman. Jason was on time, professional, and completed the requested service in a timely manner. He answered all my questions, and assured me that everything was working as it’s intended to. I would also like to thank Abacus in general for fitting me in on such short notice. Understood my time restraints, and went out of their way to be of service. I cannot thank you enough for that. Highly recommend these guys.

Ramiro and his crew have been doing work for us around the shop for over 2 years now and no job has been too small or big for the company. They have installed all kinds of breaker boxes, step ups, kiln ovens, emergency lights, and over head lighting. They have always been available to start a job within a day or so after the initial quote and have even worked on the weekends to get it done. There's one word I use when I'm satisfied and that is Deliver. These folks deliver a good job. Dependable. Honest. I highly recommend them.

Came out and replaced some ductwork and installed dampers near the end of the winter. When we started using the AC, noticed that it wasn't cooling as well as we thought, so had another guy come. Made some adjustments and didn't charge us. Still had a problem and had another guy come out and he figured out the issues (clogged ac drain was causing the unit outside to shut off). They were responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Good folks, especially James. James really took his time to figure things out and explained the issue. Happy to have found some people that seems to care about what they do and how they do it. High recommend.

I had a second occasion to use ATX Electrical and I can say that they are fantastic. What do you want from an electrician? I want someone that is responsive, takes their time to explain the situation and does good work. These guys hit it out of the park in every way. You will not be disappointed. These guys were great. They were responsive, knowledgeable and on time. You could not ask for more.

Joe Rizzo sent Tech named James the next day to repair my residential generator. James was prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledable. James explained everything as he examined each section and promptly repaired it. He even cleaned all the housing and explained the maintenance procedures that would have helped.
