Zach explained the entire process to us prior to working, completed the repairs in a timely fashion, and he and his crew worked hard to clean up the yard when they were done. This was a major repair - replacing the entire sewer line - and we were grateful to have the professional and competent workers sent to us by David Gray Plumbing. Special shout out to Joe, Eric, Zach, Kyle 1, Kyle 2, Thomas, Jerry, and Chris for the individual roles each of them played over the course of a week in helping us solve our sewer problem. I had a small leak from the tub faucet. After Turner Plumbing came to fix I now have cuts in the wall ceramic tile, I have a 3 x 3 hole in the ceramic tile filled with white putty, the porcelain tub has chips and scrapes, the new faucet handle does not align correctly, nor does it match the new face plate when they installed both as new products. The hot water line was obstructed by the plumber by his carelessness, so virtually no hot water.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

called to get estimator to house for bathroom remodel and they only make calls from 9-4 and they said there estimators are only available to 1pm. WHAT DOES A WORKING PERSON DO?? use someone else!

Mr. Dale came out after I had a fit seeing my tank sitting out of the ground. He assesd the problem and in no time they had it back in the ground and I was up and running. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for good service at a great price!
