I can’t thank Eagerton Plumbing enough, while the other plumbing company was dragging his feet for a week and then canceled my appointment at the last minute, this company sent his guys immediately and replaced my tankless electric water heater as soon as possible. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I called Eagerton and they had someone on my property within a few hours. Jim was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and up front with me about pricing and scope of work. He was transparent about billing at the end and was timely with his work. They did a repair for me at about -85% of what I had been quoted by Snyder earlier in the day. They earned my business on all plumbing projects going forward.

Honest, professional, and great work! I will be using Eagerton in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs. The tech and assistant completed the work within 2 hours, they arrived right on time, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Very communicative. Addressed our issues when our apartment complex essentially forced us to take the issue into our own hands. Finished in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

We've used them twice over the years. The first time, they replaced our sewage pipe. Their estimate was MUCH cheaper than other quotes we received and the work was done quickly and efficiently. No issues 5+ years later. The second was a quick Bathroom update, again, fair price and quick work. Calling them again for some work in our kitchen. Good company.

Response to a shower faucet emergency was so quick!! 3 hours from initial call to plumbers working at my house. Friendly and professional and had necessary parts to fix quickly. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The best or the best places to work!! They keep it real but like every establishment they've got thier problems. But they also have some of the best customer service as well as honesty, reliability and trustworthiness. I felt nervous at first but after meeting and getting to know the co-workers I feel honored to be excepted into the Eagerton crew as an equal.

Their technicians are professional, fast, and thorough. Keith Fields was the most recent technician and he went above and beyond to fix the issues with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

I have a 76 year old house with the original plumbing. I was told by my neighbor to call Eagerton who are very experienced with replacing older piping. Dewayne was very professional and was such a hard worker. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This is a company that believes in customer service, I am a very happy customer. Only Eagerton for my plumbling needs for sure.

This company is the BEST!!! I’m so happy Rick referred us to Eagerton Plumbing. Brooke really helped us after another company dropped the ball. She got someone out to me the very next day! The guys they sent were AMAZING! They didn’t drag their feet or milk the clock, they were hard workers and were honest with my husband. Eagerton Plumbing did a complete re-pipe of my home. We had been without water since Christmas eve.. We called several plumbing companies and they could not help us. Called Eagerton came out that day. Prepared a proposal for expected work to be performed. They were outstanding! I woke up (Thanksgiving week) to find toilets backed up in tub & shower in both bathrooms! Everyone else was giving me next day or longer times to come out & MUCH higher prices for an emergency. Eagerton was here in 1 1/2 hours after adding me to their emergency list! I was shocked at how low their price was. I HIGHLY recommend Eagerton Plumbing. So nice!

JEA was recently repairing sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to inspect my sewer line from my home to the street. JEA had inspected and videoed the line before. Eagerton stated they were hired to redo. I don't know why because I was told by JEA there was NO problem and line was clean. Eagerton used heavy duty equipment to run thru my sewer line and damaged it in the process. When I discovered the problem I contacted JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the Vice President was very rude and repairs were only made when Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs. Tommy refuses to give any documentation or warranty. Most likely because they charged JEA for the repair. FRAUD???Do not deal with this company!!! Call TURNER plumbing instead!!!

I wrote a review almost 2 years ago about the poor quality of the work, poorly installed cabinets ( was told in the beginning that they would install whatever cabinets we chose and when they were installed uneven, wobbly, with a significant wall gap, I was told we are plumbers, not cabinet installers), poorly sealed drywall around pipes, poor communication with contractors so they made several unnecessary trips, left dirty floors, supervisor yelled at me on the phone when I gave list of complaints, and so much more.I didnt post the review because most of the workers did fast work, were very professional, and the price was on par with other estimates. Floor retiling was beautiful as well as repainting.However, I find myself returning to post my complaints because less than 2 years later, a pipe they installed is leaking in to the wall and has caused some pretty good damage to inside wall. I cant believe that it is normal for a pipe to start leaking within 2 years of install.Unhappy with this company, their communication, and quality.

Oh my goodness! I cannot tell you how wonderful Stuart W. was in rescuing my engagement ring today from certain doom! I called at 7:23am, he was here at 8:06am! Against all odds, Stuart was able to send a camera down our toilet and find the ring 8 feet outside in the exit pipe. He then expertly extracted it from the PVC pipe out in the yard...and did this all within an hour and a half. Pricing was unbelievably affordable and I am so happy to have my engagement ring back. I 100% recommend Eagerton Plumbing. Take it from me, they can save the day(and perhaps a marriage?)

Both toilets at our office were out of order. Eagerton sent two plumbers very promptly. They were delightful. They were efficientand made no mess. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend.

I have used Eagerton Plumbing all the way back to when Ms Eagerton ran the business. They have done almost any kind of plumbing work for me. They were professional and did a good job at a fair price. Unfortunately that has changed. Apparently due to Covid many of the workers were let go and now as business has started to increase they are bring on different people with varying skill levels. The final straw for me was being charged a driving time fee. Things have changed. I will find another company so I will not have to watch over the work being done to insure quality work and also so I won't pay for travel time between jobs.

The best! I made a mess with my DIY install of bathroom faucet to the point of causing a broken hot water pipe and and unknown cold water leak that was more of a flood than a leak. There was no judgement just quick repairs of all issues which was obvious in the plumbers knowledge of how to handle the problems. He was thorough in testing his work. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate their office acknowledging the predicament i was in and worked me in as early as they did. Affordably priced. I highly recommend them!

Tried Eagerton after not being satisfied with the work of another local plumbing company. Eagerton came out and did what I was told would require removing my kitchen cabinets in 1hr. Great service I would recommend.

Eagerton is super solid, great pricing and always available. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs. They can also set you up with a great septic company if you need that service.

This is an amazing company. They stand behind what they do. I had a drainage issue in which my whole house was backing up in January. The problem happened again today and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently, it's the Charmin ultra soft I started using that is thicker and heavier and some smaller toilets are not strong enough to push all, mostly on just one flush. Their service people are so nice and knowledgeable. The trip today was no charge since it was nothing but TP. I highly recommend this company. Others quoted higher and weren't near as nice, quick and accommodating.

Called for estimate on broken pipe scheduled appointment guys came out at 3 got a call at 253 stating they were outside but went to wrong house at 324 guy tells me price recommends snaking pipe to see what we are dealing with at this time he tells me I have 8 minutes left. Wanted other work done to get my money’s worth for the hour and told we are at the hour mark. Meaning I’m charged for their commute from other job. Not satisfied at all, called office guy says they don’t do estimate but RON TOLD ME SATURDAY THAT THEY DO. WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. 98 dollars for 25 min and snake that didn’t go all the way down drain

We called them tonight at 7pm for an emergency. They were here as promised at 8:30pm. They were HALF the cost of Fenwick and David Gray. Damion came out and was polite, professional and SO good. They have earned my business for life. We have a major repipe coming up and they earned it!!! Highly recommend!!!

Find a different company! Unfortunately our experience with Eagerton Plumbing was negative. Our plumber didn't bring the correct tools (which extended job time), broke a pipe (which extended job time), and then our permit was delayed! We understand things do not always go the way planned – however this is unacceptable! Disappointed customer

Wonderful job done Mike installing my toilet, very good price 109.95 compared to other companies such as roto rooter wanting to charge 249.00. Definitely will you this company again.

Needed replacement of pipe leading from house to septic. Sounds easy, but the pipe ran through the middle of a very thick long hedge, and we were afraid the plumber would butcher the shrubs. Eagerton gave us the lowest price and gently disturbed only one shrub to get the job done. Cleaned up so well, you can't tell they were even here. Very pleased.

Eagerton Plumbing did a very good job for me. Not only did they get the job done right , they got it done as quick as the job would allow considering I had more problems than they originally found. The plumber also referred a company called FloodPro 24 that did a wonderful job getting my house dry and they even worked with the insurance company and the plumber directly from the start to the finish of my house repairs. Do not use this company. You will be sorry. Called them on a Sunday and had to beg them to come. $388.00 and 5 days later I have same problem as before. Called again to schedule service two days in advance for a 1:00 and they were a no show. Plus for the Sunday call they charged me at a rate of $125/hr and then they had the audacity to charge me for two pair of latex gloves, two pair of sewer gloves and three antibacterial wipes which I never saw used. This was once a great company, woman owned, now that son has taken over it has gone down the toilet.

I was recommended this company by my contractor when doing a bathroom remodel. They hit a water line when working and then failed to turn the water back on a correct level so that we had right water pressure. Then after coming back, I realized my irrigation did not work anymore. I understand things come up, but the price I was quoted was very steep and we felt trapped in using them since contractor said work needed to be done that day and this was the company that could make it work.

Very poor service. Took over a few weeks just to get them to call me. Then once they got here they started charging me when the plumber was out in the truck drinking coffee. I did the $79 deal on Angies list for an hour work but they said (but did not prove) the deal was to charge 15min before and after to hand write the bill. On the phone they said the job would only cost the $79. So it was $79 for 1/2 hour work. Then when the plumber broke a part he charged to fix it. When I asked the plumber to show me where the extra charge was written down he refused and was very nasty about it. He also said it would was my time to call the plumbing company. I will never use them again and let everyone I know not to use them.

Scheduled an appointment. They did not show and never called. Had to call them as to why they were a no show and received lame excuse and rescheduled with no apology. At that point cancelled the service call and went with a more reliable company that was less expensive also. Would have given zero star but system won't post that way.

Elderly mother called yesterday to receive a quote and was told by Tommy that he would be out to us in the afternoon. No one came or called to reschedule. He called this morning and said that he didn't know that he was supposed to come out the day prior. He stated that he would be by soon. When he arrived he was arrogant and rude. My mother did not want to deal with his disrespectful attitude so he was asked to leave.

Stuart was awesome! He showed up early, identified a leak with my kitchen sink and thoroughly explained the issue. He replaced the problem and pricing was reasonable. 5 stars for Stuart!

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY *****Where do I begin.....first of all I hired this company to do a total repipe on a rental property of mine. On the day of the job I never heard from them saying it was completed and if there were any issues. The next phone call I got was to ask how I was paying? I asked by email for some of the details, such as did they have to repipe at the meter, or just at the house....and I never got that answer. Let me check with my guys was the reply. So I never spoke with anyone that had first hand knowledge of the work completed. Then 10 days later, my tenants called to say sewage was backing up into the tub and around the toilet. I frantically called Eagerton again, thinking this was their fault. They apparently sent someone out late yesterday and my tenants told them I wanted a phone call to explain the issue. Guess what? No phone call. Certainly they'll call today to ask for payment. Am I expecting too much? Asking for a phone call from the company who completes work at my property to tell me what the issue is/was? I think not. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.

This place is great. Answer the phone and call you back. Mark has come out to my home a couple times and he is always quick, explains the problem, fixes the problem and explains how to avoid the problem in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Sometimes a snarky person answering the phone can keep one from using their services. Unfortunately, I’ve chosen not to use this company because of an unpleasant phone interaction.

Theses guys screwed up the ruff in and can't get them back out to fix it. If you want a good plumber call Turner Plumbing.
