Michael came out to inspect our irrigation Backflow. It was original equipment and after 20 years it failed. Michael explained in detail what was wrong, the options to fix it, all in a professional manner. We have selected them to do the replacement due to the time they took to explain in detail the issues and paths to repair

I called Bob's to replace my aging backflow preventer. Service tech Nicolas' exceptional attitude and service was terrific. I can see the day he is running the entire company; he was that good to deal with.

I had signed up to have JEA inspect for backflow preventer. JEA sent Bob's Backflow to do the inspection. Got a call back in Feb that they were at my house and asked me where the backflow preventer was. I had just bought the house and did not know the answer to that question. They said don't worry they will leave some paperwork at the front door. Got home nothing at front door, checked my security cameras and nobody had been on our property all day. Now I get notice from JEA that I failed inspection. How did I fail if they never even came to the house. Had they left something I would have handled it back in Feb. And they got paid through JEA to not go to my house. Extremely shady, do not trust this company.

We were referred to Bob's Backflow by some friends as we needed our backflow replaced due to the old one rusting out. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they handle everything to make sure it's compliant, the technician was in and out in about an hour and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for similar work.

My ring kept going off. I finally checked s camera and there’s a man in my bushes and side of house. No knock or truck in front of house. I ran out the door as I was calling 911. I felt this was an intrusion as I didn’t get a notice or knock on my door. Your employees need to be careful.***we did not hear from JEA however either way a random person looking in bushes with knocking on a door doesn’t seem like safe practice.

Nicholas was the technician who arrived to replace our check valve assembly. He was fantastically polite, professional, and focused. He did not let me distract him as I was asking him questions about the assembly. He patiently explained the features of the preventer and was incredibly courteous throughout. I can't say enough positive things about him.

Extremely responsive and professional. Have used them to perform annual check on our back flow system for the past two years. Today, I noticed a leak outside the house at 7:15. Called them before opening of business, and they had someone out to fix the issue by 9:30 that morning. Very pleased and will recommend in the future.

I placed a service order, the order taker was a good listener, understood immediately what I was talking about and gave me a good understanding what to expect. They charge $30 for the test, which is cheaper than going through JEA, and it comes off the work order if your unit fails. All the plumbers I called wanted substantially more. Hoping the rest of the experience goes as well.

Just had them install a below-ground backflow preventer at my Avondale residence for my new irrigation meter. The techs were both very friendly and very professional. They arrived on time and did what I thought was a great install.I had called a few other companies and Bob's was easily the best deal.Also Bob's takes care of certification and notifying the JEA of the new meter going into service. This is a huge bonus for me. They pretty much take care of everything.And I highly recommend paying the few extra bucks for an underground unit. Flush to the ground and no worrying about mowing or trimming around the box.I would not hesitate to recommend Bob's to both family and friends.

Had a leak in my backflow assembly. Rob got me scheduled for the next day. Matt and Kenny were on time, polite and fixed my leak promptly. The cost of the repair was VERY reasonable. I certainly would recommend them if you need this type of service.

Called a few backflow companies, none compared to Bob's Backflow. They are very professional and provide excellent service. Nicholas came out and installed an upgraded assembly and he was friendly, knowledgeable and left the site clean and neat. I found their person on the phone rather rude - not outwardly hostile, but subtle. They were inflexible also. They had come by to check our irrigation back flow system for JEA but could not get in the back yard to check if one even existed. Upon calling, was told that since they had been out once, they would not come out to check the backyard. They would only come out to install.

I received notice from JEA that I needed some testing done and I wasn't quite sure what I needed to do. Thankfully, I called Bob's and they knew exactly what needed to be done, did it quickly, and submitted all of the paperwork for me! I plan on using them annually for testing, and if I do have any plumbing issues they will be the first call I make.

Bob's Backflow came at the direction of JEA to check the system. They stated they could not check it because of a faulty connector. Several days later they came back, replaced a part that couldn't cost more than a couple of dollars. It took the plumber between 5 and 10 minutes and I was charged $114.00.

Have used Bob's Backflow for years and they have always provided great service and value. Will continue to keep using them. They also help with making sure everything is compliant with JEA.

Friday afternoon just before 5 the back flow valve on the water main to one of our condo buildings started dumping water badly. I feared we would have to shut off the water to the building and leave 40 condo homes without water all weekend. I called Bob's and they came out and fixed it within 2 hours. Super service - Thanks!
