Gregg came out and did a great job for a reasonable price. Several local companies have gone up hundreds in the last few years, Presto was reasonably priced and punctual. It’s not a pretty job, but they got it done!

Had a partial blockage and Woody came out and had me fixed and good to go. Best quality I've seen from a plumber thus far. If I have any other issues I'm definitely calling Presto and having Woody come out.

Just had a house built Presto did the plumbing. They didn’t check the gauges for pressure and my plumbing had to be redone and is now in my attic on a new home. We noticed at the walk through the kitchen faucet leaked at the base. We were told it’s fixed. It’s not fixed and still has a slow leak. When they re did the plumbing they had a pipe coming out of the ground from the shut off exposed. The inspector made them do it right. It’s under the ground now. So my new slab had to be cut twice once so I could have water to our island and another where the water comes in the house.

Presto plumbing (Woody) came out and located the leak in my ceiling. He not only fixed the problem but he also explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend, very polite, informational and knowledgeable of the situation.

Told me I didn’t need to be home to pump my septic tank - that’s cause they lie and say they did it and still send you a bill for doing nothing. I took pictures before and after the pump out and it was the exact same level. The technician had to call me to try and locate my tank! Tried to tell me I’m hooked up to city sewer, etc. my neighbor across the street was sitting on his porch the whole time and told me the guy never even ran the pump out line back there. Completely unprofessional, 0 stars if I could. BEWARE!

Woody, from Presto Plumbing came to my home today Weds. March 22, 2022, in Lennar's Highland Chase Community and fixed my concerns on (1) leak under sink ( 2 ) two bathroom tub stoopers (3) a misaligned toilet seat. He also inspected every water faucet in home. He was the best plumber I've encountered in my 71 years! He was so quick and efficient, moving room to room. I would definitely call again in the future for any concerns. The absolute best.

I had a scheduled pumping service that I waited a week for. I was given a time frame from 1p-5pm on 03/02/2023. I called at 4:45pm to confirm that were were still coming because I had not heard anything. I was advised that they were finishing up a job and would be on there way me. By 8pm they never came nor called. I called and now they are no longer answering my calls. I text the cell phone number that I spoke to someone on earlier that day and still no response. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We are working with Presto through our homebuilder for any warranty issues that arise. We have had the same tech out, Paul, for 2 seperate issues. He was very professional and resolved both issues. He took the time to tell me: what the issue was, what he needed to do, and then showed me what was done after it was completed.

The absolute WORST plumbing company in Florida!! How they were able to win a contract with a factory builder is beyond belief. Going to do everything I can to ensure they don’t win the next bid. Complete INCOMPETENCE. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Very poor quality workmanship. Very poor quality Communication, and apparently a management team that is non-existent. Not even worthy of the single star they’re getting here by default. Failure at its best. Nice work presto!

Albert was professional he answered all my questions and made it right within 5 minutes of our call. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday January 7th fir Tuesday the 10th by a lady. I called cause no one showed up. Albert answered and I explained the situation and he made it right. Again thank you Albert for being responsive and professional.

I don’t even know how to begin. But here goes. I had a brand new house built, presto plumbing was the plumber. We closed on the house, there was a couple problems with the plumbing which is understandable. First one no faucet in the master tub. It was kind of difficult to schedule them to come out to finish the job also. And this is where the fun begins!! They came out installed the faucet, The faucet was too close to the wall. And the pushed the title back. Cracked the mortar. Was told evidently the tub was installed incorrectly. There is no water at all coming out the hot side. The cold side has scalding hot water coming out. Which brakes CODE because it doesn’t go through the mixing valve. Or whatever they call it. So they left.Reschedule them to come out. No call no show. Wasted all day waiting on themReschedule again. Came out for five minutes took pictures left.Reschedule again. No call no show AGAIN! Wasted all day waiting on them again.Now come to find out the two sinks don’t have cold water. And the hot water comes out on the cold side. Me and my wife both work for the Navy. So scheduling times isn’t convenient. Especially when this isn’t warranty work this is still construction work that was not completed. I read y’all were veteran owned. I don’t see the understanding of scheduling times here. I hope this gets resolved. Thank you

Our sinks were draining slowly so Presto came out to see what was wrong and fix the issue. They gave us a time frame and then called about ten minutes before the plumber arrived to give an additional heads up, which we appreciated. Woody was very friendly and informative and fixed our issue rather quickly!

Warranty work on new home. The company called to set appointment up. Never showed up and no call. Called next day set appointment up for following week. Again no show no call. Called the next day. Lady who answered the phone who set up both appointments said I was never on the sch and I didn’t confirm appointments. What a liar. Talked to someone else and only because it’s warranty did I even let them come here. The guy shows up looking like he just got out of bed. Didn’t even fix the toilet right. Stay away from this business. Very unprofessional. It would get a -10 if I could. I missed 3 days of work because you get a 4 hour window.

I HIGHLY recommend Presto Plumbing. Aaron P was my plumber. The guy was great, incredibly knowledgeable. He showed up on time and as able to get the job done really quickly. He even went as far to explain what was going on so I could have a better understanding of what happened I highly recommend this team.

I recommend NOT using Presto Plumbing. They pumped our septic out at the end of December, and we were never sent a report or details about the pump out. We still have been having plumbing issues two months later so we reached back out and they pulled up our invoice to let us know our septic pump was broken but apologized that they did not send us the report in December. It took them at-least two weeks to return several of our phone calls. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. do NOT CALL.

The gentleman, his name was Paul, was one of the most polite and courteous servicemen that I have ever met. He did my repair correct and quick. I am glad that this company was the one to come out.

Woody from Presto Plumbing was on time and very professional. We have had a recurring issue with our master toilet/shower backing up since we did a bathroom renovation. He had to get on the roof to snake the line which fixed the clog. He also made some suggestions on how to get to the root of the issue so we can get this issue fixed once and for all. I would recommend Presto Plumbing and will definitely be calling them again!

Today, Aaron P came and fixed the toilet. I'm very thrilled because I've been having issues with my toilet for sometime now and no one had fixed it correctly. Aaron took his time and when he was done I was completely satisfied. He's very knowledgeable about his work and tackled the situation in a breeze! He's a very easy going person... very easy to get along with!!! I felt very comfortable with him and very satisfied with his work!!!

Can not say enough great things about this company! We are using Presto exclusively at the property I manage in the Bartram area. Eric has never missed a phone call from me and is quick to get his guys (or girls if there are any) on the job. The ladies in the office are fabulous and responsive to any requests we have. I needed a time frame so I was put on hold and given a time frame within seconds! Woody handled my concerned residents with respect and gave them the information they needed to feel confident the work would be taken care of promptly. Woody came out to my house this morning to fix my water heater and he was awesome! He came first thing, called and gave me a heads up he was on the way. He asked me about the problem to make sure he knew exactly what was happening. I was half asleep and he was really nice and patient with me. Before I couldn't even fill my bathtub with hot water all the way. This evening I gave my dog a bath, then I took a bath, and then I took a shower after the bath and the water never went cold! Idk what magic he did but he was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. He was so professional and he totally deserves 5 stars!

Problem with sewer appears to be resolved Paul even offered to come out again if the problem resurfaced and he would put a camera down the line to see of the drop was adequate for the sewer line.

I had a very good experience this morning . Even though I thought the the toilet had fixed itself overnight, Eric took a good look at it anyway to make sure . He explained what he was going to do and what was going to be replaced and how that would help the situation to not happen again . The other guy, I think his name was Sal, ran the auger through just to make sure that the drain and clog were clear . I really appreciate the time they took to make sure things were ok . I had a dish washer problem that was causing water to leak under my sink.I made the appointment for the tech to come but had to reschedule on short notice. Presto Plumbing accommodated my schedule change and the tech (Aaron P. ) arrived on time the following day and in about an hour he analyzed the problem and quickly fixed it. I was having issues with both of my tubs not draining and one was so backed up the water wouldn’t get to the shower head. Woody and Mijhael came out to fix it and were professional, polite, and fixed it in less than 15 min. Would definitely recommend!

Recently purchased a house and our agent hired them to come do an inspection on our septic. Their report indicated nothing wrong. Within 3 days of moving in our downstairs bathroom flooded. We contacted them to let them know what was happening and they took forever to respond back and when they did they tried to blame it on the plumbing without sending anyone to take a look. We called a new septic company to come out and take a look at it and the pump is bad and the tank is showing signs of caving in. None of this was on the report. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

Erin from your company installed a new hot water heater at my house, it was a very tight fit and he did an excellent job getting it in...but then something was wrong with it and he had to put another one in the next day. Another one of your employees came both times to help him lift the tank over AC lines. They both did great work!

Contacted this business back in September to remove a septic tank was told septic tank removal would be $1,200 and also was told to send an email so we did, didn't hear back from them for a week so I called them.The women on the phone explained our email got lost in translation and didn't get seen, no worries we resent another with our address as she said it didn't have that in the original email. I confirmed they received the new email at that time. We we're then told they had to file permits and they'd give us a call in a week.A week past we figured because of Covid things were taking longer, so we waited before giving another call as we hadn't had ANY update and still had no idea when someone would call us to arrange a date to come out to our home and get payment or even see the septic site. Nothing was explained to us beyond the need for a permit and they'd get it done and contact us.This time a man answered the phone and explained he wasn't at the office to see the paper work but they'd be out in a week or two to remove the septic tank once the permits came through.So we waited another two weeks before calling them and now I'm told they only ever got one email they have no idea what's going on with us and that it'll now be over 2k to remove the septic tank! I'm at a loss for words, it's double what they quoted us over the phone and nobody has even started the permit process apparently! The lack of contact and us being lost in translation between this whole process left us going elsewhere now. When we received a follow up email after I called, we explained how we felt and they told us this was the first time talking to us which obviously it wasn't.They then explained the price went up due to basically raising prices of everything, which would have been fine if they had cared at all to explain that much earlier before giving us a quote and then acting as if we hadn't tried to contact them multiple times.I contacted someone else and because our septic tank is underground and we're already on city plumbing it'll actually just need to be pumped, crushed and filled in which I also tried to explain to them but on the last phone call they said it'd have to be removed and dumped off site, which isn't what was discussed at all the previous two times and it was clear they really didn't listen to us.I don't recommend this business as far as communication goes, waiting and pricing going up because of things is understandable being ignored and then made to feel like we hadn't spoken to anyone at all isn't.

Technician was very polite, knowledgeable, kept me informed of what the problem was and fixed our plumbing issue. Also, what I liked most about Presto Plumbing...their technician wore a mask, and as a nurse, I pay very close attention to the adherence of others wearing PPE for everyone's safety.

Randy came and fixed my whole bath tub and shower head problem that I have been having for a month now he’s great and the real deal really appreciate how great of work he done. He ones wonderful work.

I will not call again in future!! Patrick and Eric were nice but had to call another company out after a week of them leaving. The owners never called back like they were supposed to and I had to pay again to have it done correctly. Will never use again! Very nice people but they didnt care to fix what they did after telling me they would.

I was so happy to see the technician arrive. We had sewage backing up in all bathrooms, tubs and sinks Brittany got a plumber out there right away. She called me back to assure me that technician was on the way within 2 hours. She made sure that I was ok she was very thoughtful and understanding. He communicates well, asks probing questions if our scope is unclear, is efficient with material usage and creative with solutions to unique situations. Completely failed in every way. Needed to get hot water failure repaired and my regular plumber was busy. Instead tried these guys. Got a clueless new guy whose boss tried to upsell me on a bunch of new everything. They removed the pump from the water heater and had no PVC with them to cap it off. When they finally did, it fell off flooding the garage a few hours later.

I manage a construction company, and hired this company for a project. Wow was I suprised on the damages they caused and the lack of pullling a permit. The owner even tracked my wife down to contact. He was given numerous times to fix there damages and refused to come back and fix. This company is terrible on large projects. They were sent offical termination papers to get them off the project.
