The owner of American Plumbing Randy Miller it's probably one of the greatest man I've ever known in my life. Having work from Mr Miller and saw all the things that he did to help me as a single parent under his employment. Give me the opportunity over time to go into business for myself. The lessons I learned from him of leadership and compassion I carry on to this day in my own business. Thank you Mr Miller I'm sure you don't remember me but you changed my life.. this man is honest and respectable and so is the entire family.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

American Plumbing replaced my sewer line in January 2022. They were super professional, helpful and responsive. Someone in management was there frequently to check the work and kept me informed at every step. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

They went of their way for me. I was going to be without water another day and they make sure that the parts we required and work done that day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to me. And I wish to thank American plumbing contractors!

I had a great experience with this company. My estimator, John R. was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me a quote that was fair and reasonable. The plumber, Ramon was also very pleasant and had a great attitude. I would definitely use this company again!

Great attitude with office person when I made the appointment. Then had Guy come out to replace a garbage disposal, advise on existing tankless water softener, replace a house filter, and flush a tankless water heater. Guy was patient and friendly, showing me what he was doing as he was doing it. Professional and knowledgeable, Guy showed up 5 minutes early to promised time. Price was competitive if not less than anticipated. They have my highest recommendation possible.

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.

I had an emergency plumbing issue on Saturday morning. I called three other people and American Plumbing was the only company that responded. He responded promptly, got the job done, and was courteous. I really appreciate the work and definitely recommend them!

Great people. Friendly company. Their project manager Layci Smyth is top notch. She knows her stuff, makes things happen, is extremely intelligent AND compassionate to business needs,and makes things easy for our guys in the field! I will always use them!10/10

Awesome service! I contacted APC and they quickly got me on the schedule for a time that was convenient for me and the representative that they sent was amazing. Guy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely call on Guy and APC again for any future plumbing needs! I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.

This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

The guys from American Plumbing arrived on time, were friendly, and cleaned up before they left. They gave me a great price for fixing my sink drain. Would recommend this company.

American Pluming did a super job for my daughters clogged drain. They went way over the ordinary, to get old pipes working as new.... I have recommended them to several people, and they were just as happy as my daughter..... Thanx sooooo much... Eric

It was a easy plumbing fix and the price was reasonable, the young man name Zach was knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely use again.

Did a great job at a fair price. More importantly. They showed up when they said they would. That's impressive, to me.

No show, promised to be here first thing, took the day off, no calls to say they would be late. Issue turned into an emergency, still no show.
