Best Water Leak Detection And Inspection in Indianapolis IN

My call was to remove a Safe Step tub and install an acrylic deep tub and put the shower head back in its old place on the wall. I have ceramic tile that surrounds my tub insert. There was some minor water damage at the faucet area and some of the tile was removed when I had the Safe Step tub put in which i advised i can repair myself. The guys brought a tub and asked me if it would work. It was fiberglass. (1st mistake). I asked the depth they stated 16 so I agreed (2nd mistake).Needless to say after 2 days without main bathroom. I was not happy but it was Friday and i needed a bathroom. I tried to make myself believe it would be okay. But then I noticed the toilet was leaking ( they had to remove it to put in tub). So I sent a message to Hope and advised of the leak. They called Monday morning and said they will have someone out on Tuesday.Richard showed up ( who sold the job to me). I advised I am upset and wanted to cry. I told him i don't know how I can fix what the guys damaged putting in the tub on my own. (Drywall, removal of too much tile and cutting the it short). He inspected it called his Service Manager Brian to get me some assistance. We finally agreed that they would remove the wrong tub and get a deeper one with a surround and install for the cost of materials and $500 in labor. I agreed.Richard came out 2 days later and started the task of removing the wrong tub which was not easy. He finally had to cut it in half as it was wedged in behind the front tiles. He stayed until 9 pm that night. Came back the next day and stayed until 10pm to make it right. He went above and beyond to make me happy. I am 100% happier than the first job!!

They returned to repair an outdoor faucet that was installed seven months ago in October. It was leaking and this was the first I had used it this year. They explained the problem and fixed it with no hassle (or charges). Very pleasant and professional . Will definitely recommend them.

Contacted Roto-rooter after sewer line clogged again after it was supposedly cleared by another company just 1.5 weeks ago . The company kept me informed on ETA. The plumber listened to my issues and assessed the plumbing set in the house which included going under the crawl space to see pipe set up. Explained the piping set up and where the clean out plugs were located. Explain the repair options in detail including cost. He did explain that an external clean out pipe would be beneficial (1977 home) not only for ease of unclogging system, but cost would be lower if there were any clog. His field supervisor had come during the assessment and he explained his role. The plumber and field manager were very patient and answered all my questions regarding the options, discussed worst case scenarios. The camera assessment of the pipes is included in the pricing where other companies charge this separately. The field manager and plumber talked me through the viewing of the pipes. The plumber was very thorough. He thought he heard some water dripping after he had replaced the toilet and he went back down to the icky crawl space to double check the piping (it was fine). It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that are fixed. He cleaned up his work area nicely.Fela Colney (technician) and Jarrett Heintz were great! Thanks

Did a great job. Quick and professional. I did not like that the company tried to charge $365 for an estimate that I was not made aware of. The rte Hbo Ian waved the fee but not a good practice.

My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!
