Best Water Filtration Systems in Indianapolis IN

I’ve never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it’s normal and they’ll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, a couple days later I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don’t know what they did but clearly you cannot trust these guys in your home. Apparently putting something down to protect the floor was too much trouble for them. They clearly don’t care and only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage.

Had my sump pump back up 3 times in 3 days, was using a different plumber. Plumb Doctor came out went above and beyond the call of duty. Dustin was the technician and stayed till 9 pm. To fix the pump. Also my hot water tank was ruined in the flooding. He replaced it and made sure we were up and running before he left. Highly recommend.

Great and prompt service. On time, and most imporyantly did not try to over charge. Courteous people. Explained each step of their job very well.

They arrived on time and completed the job much faster than I expected even with a few unexpected glitches under foot. All the permits and dig tickets were taken care of. Doug was professional, courteous and thorough. He took photos to illustrate his explanation of what was wrong with our furnace and patiently walked through the results of his diagnostic while I took notes to review with my husband later.

They are kind of expensive for the service. When I called for a broken water heater, they came and to tell me the water heater is broken and to give an estimate, they charged the insurance company.

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

I called for service but none was available immediately & that’s what I needed. However, the girl said she would put me on a cancellation list. Well it wasn’t very long before I received a call from that very girl telling me a lady just canceled & they could be to my house in 40 minutes!! Well I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call.
Sure enough, within 40 minutes Jared arrived. He found the problem & quoted me a price before he started the work,. Jared was friendly & professional. He wore a mask & put on booties while in my house. I was having a radon test done on my house so I was not able to have any door open longer than 60 seconds. Jared understood & made sure he did not have a door open longer than that.
I used this company a couple of weeks ago & found them to be exceptionally friendly & professional. I highly recommend this company & Jared to anyone.

The workers were very respectful and responsible. They cleaned up and protected my floor, walls and carpet. I recommend them highly!

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.
