Best Sewer Inspection in Indianapolis IN

I have high praise for Hope Plumbing and the service I was given by John today. He arrived at my house promptly (after calling to let me know he was on his way), and completed the work of replacing my kitchen faucet and sink in a very professional and timely way. Even though I have an old house, that was built in the 50’s, he worked with it, & did a great job! Five stars! (Wish it could be 10!) I highly recommend this company.

I was highly impressed with the work done by Derek. He was there when he said he would be. Both days he let me know what he would be doing and why. These explanations were told where I understood exactly what would be done. It feels good to have the work done and done right. Filled with Gratitude is the Only way I can describe my experience today with this company. Me and My husband have been dealing with plumbing issues for a few weeks! We called another company and they wanted to charge us nearly 600 bucks and we couldn't afford that. The plumber and his assistant were very polite, listened to my concerns, and refurbished a water meter pit very well. There was a possibility that more work would be needed, but they tested the system and found that no extra repairs were needed. The area was cleaned up and left as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with the result.

Experts at Plumbing. That might not sound like a big deal, but it really is a MAJOR deal. The previous company before them came out and said that I needed $11,000 worth of work and I told them they were out of their minds.
Meanwhile, when Gordon plumbing came out, they found the problem and it was 47 feet outside of my unit, so the association had to pay for it. It was just a simple clog. That's settled the question with the homeowners association. They were the ones who tried to hire the other company.
Gordon plumbing is honest and professional. They take obvious pride in their work and they should.
Gordon Plumbing was VERY polite, even when I was in a bad mood. That is professionalism. They changed my mood in a heartbeat.

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.
