The Andy diagnosed the issue and had to call to get replacement parts. From his experience and knowledge of water heaters, Andy also ordered a propane valve. Andy worked his tail off and completed the job by 9:10pm. The family and I are happy with his work and took nice warm showers the next day.

My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

Just had BF our to fix a broken spicket out back. I explained what happened (forgot to disconnect the hose this winter, water in the hose froze and busted it) and without even so much as looking at it the guy told me that the repair would be $500 and they would have to cut a hole in the wall inside my house (which mind you, they would not repair!). I challenged him to look at it first before striking me with such a hefty bill. The guy was rude and seemed agitated the whole time as if I were doing him a disservice. This was my second experience with BF and because I had such great service with them the first time I was happy to give them more of my business. Not sure I’ll do that again after this experience!

Wes and Isaac were terrific! They went above and beyond to pinpoint and resolve an external issue that caused an internal leak. They were professional, responsive, thorough, transparent and communicative. So grateful for and impressed with their excellent service and quality work!

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

On time, friendly, informative. Repair wasn't as easy as hoped. I was frequently updated and given the options and the cost of each one. Problem fixed, clean up was excellent, and glad to have the upstairs bathroom flowing again!

Moon plumbing removed and installed a kitchen faucet. Showed up on time. Did a great job and asked if I had any questions.
Highly recommend!

Technician arrived on time, very courteous, wore a mask and shoe covers. Completed diagnosis of furnace that was not working, arriving mid afternoon within 1 hour of original call, located and obtained needed part, and completed repair next morning. Also was kind enough to help us light our gas log to provide heat during down time.

My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!
