Best Plumbing Inspection in Indianapolis IN

I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing and more specifically, Adam R. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous. He gave me several different options and showed me all the pricing before proceeding with the work. He kept me informed the whole time and showed me the different things he was working on and explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He cleaned up after himself and even offered to take out my trash! As he was leaving he came back to let me know my dog had gotten out of my yard! Super nice guy! He went way above and beyond in my opinion. I would hire him and Hope Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

Derrick, besides being a 5 star plumber, his great attitude & easy to communicate with, he deserves yet another 5 star! Most important part of any great service is knowing how to deal with a customer with ease & gaining their trust, & he has done that hands down!

Weilhammer the best. After dealing with four days of no hot water, and 2 straight days of no shows by Zoom Mechanical (stay away) I called Mark at Weilhammer at midnight on Wednesday. He called me back at 8 am Thursday and my problem was fixed shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was very impressed by his attitude and help. The entire experience was great. I also loved the stickers he put on the water heater. Glad to know now when I need help next time, I'll know who to call, because I lose regular business cards or receipts all the time. Highly recommend if you want honest professional timely service.

Chris Giles showed up promptly after I called. Probably an hour max on a Sat. Figured out a challenging plumbing problem pretty quickly, confirmed it by cutting out suspect parts & quick trip to store & back and he had it fixed & cleaned up promptly. Then tested it extensively, and re tested 2 more x. Very conscious person, worked quickly, but kept me informed the whole way. They have my business going forward. And Chris G is who to ask for if possible. Thanks guys!

I called RotoRooter on a Saturday morning when we had no hot water. The phone operator was very patient and helpful. I asked to to be on the first time slot of the day. Phil texted me within 10 minutes and was at my door in another 20 minutes. After inspection of my 37 yr old water heater we decided the best use of money was to replace it. Phil helped me get 2 different discounts. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very send that the fact that we were limited in our present resources. Phil also was very informative when explaining how the newer unit worked and needed maintained. We shook hands and he was off to help someone else get hot water by 2 p.m.! That’s great service! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Miguel came and repaired a leak in my condensate line from my ac unit and strapped up some loose water lines to eliminated my noisy pipes. He was very courteous and prompt. I will definitely recommend Plumb Doctor, LLC to all of my family and friends. I had a follow up problem which I should've had him check on his first visit. Miguel came back today and fixed my pipe and arrived 2 hours ahead of my appointment and had it fixed in approximately 30 minutes. He freed up my day so I could tend to my business and he was on to another job in my neighborhood. Quick and professional, I really appreciate that!

I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to use Acme Plumbing and will recommend them for all plumbing needs!

I had a leak and call Bob The Plumber, he couldn't help do to certain rules and regulations however, he was very professional and I appreciated it.

Had a great experience with Summers Plumbing. Mr. Nathan was punctual and friendly. He answered all of my questions and provided a suggestion for a proactive resolution. I highly recommend him.

Had some issues with my AC unit and needed to get a thorough assessment of what was needed to resolve this. The tech was onsite and did several tests and went the extra mile to ensure that we could resolve the issue. Probably the most refreshing thing was that there was no attempt to “up sell” me on other products and gave me a true analysis of what could be done with my existing unit. I will say, that since he was out and made the changes, my AC is running much more efficiently and my house is so much more comfortable in this unbearable heat!
