Austin was extremely pleasant and worked to explain the issues with my sump pump. He crawled under the house and returned with pictures of the sump pit and explained the function of the old pump. Once back under he discovered a leaky, I believe he called it a discharge pipe, so he brought me more pictures and gave an estimate for replacement. I would definitely use Hope plumbing again! Although I didn’t plan this repair and it comes at a really tight time financially, it was a good experience!I liked the texts to keep me aware of the progress of my service call and when Austin would arrive. Having a picture of the tech sent gave me a sense of comfort as well.

John fixed the washing machine drain trap quickly and saved me a huge mess. He was knowledgeable about what to do and double checked to make sure his work was effective and that I wouldn't have any future problems.

We have had LD Smith Plumbing out to our home on multiple occasions. They repaired a plumbing issue and installed a new sump pump and battery back up on our current home and checked out a plumbing issue on our new home. They are on time, helpful, and explain what they are doing. I especially like that a text is sent with a picture and the name of the plumber coming to help before they arrive. Also, they apply the service charge for looking at the job to the repairs, which is awesome. The service has been great, and we will continue to use this company when plumbing issues arise.

I live in a stand alone mobile home. My sewer line was backed up and I needed immediate service. After telling them several times I lived in a mobile home, the receptionist reassured me someone would be out. She called about an hour later saying someone was on their way. 10 minutes after that, I get another call from the receptionist stating they do not work on mobile homes and she will no longer be sending someone out. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she immediately hung up the phone. Not impressed.

Plumb Doctor was quick to respond to my needs and resolved my pluming issue. I’ve had them out two or three times since my first service request. My home is about 19 years old so there are problems to be expected. I’m happy to have a reliable provider anytime I have a plumbing issue. They do great, honest work.

Great and prompt service. On time, and most imporyantly did not try to over charge. Courteous people. Explained each step of their job very well.

I picked Bob the Plumber based on these reviews and my experience was nothing like the others. I was way over charged, but wanted to be done with it. The only good part was Bob lost out on a big profit as he had to come back. He didn’t even fix it right. I have sense learned he brags about overcharging elder and women.

Installed complete Sump Pump system including battery powered back up sump pump, etc. On time, professional, price of the entire system was very reasonable.

Kenny came out to our house yesterday and was able to get our A/C unit stood up on it's last legs for the rest of the summer. He helped me avoid what could have been a $1200+ repair. He spent nearly all day at our home getting the problem solved, Godby waived the labor and refunded me for an unnecessary A/C recharge I had received from another technician two months prior. Kenny also was able to seal up the vent where the previous homeowner had a humidifier that was no longer functional when we purchased the house. Stephanie was also great with making sure everything got scheduled and that my concerns were addressed. Happy to have a habitable home for the first time this summer. :)

We called Casey and he was able to get here within the hour. He did a quick, awesome job fixing a pipe to our water heater that was leaking. Very professional and kind. And affordable!!

Chuck came out to my residence today and was on-time and kept it real with me as far as my issues and cleared my sewage drain! Scott showed up later with a camera and gave me free estimate on my costs to a better fix instead continuously calling plumbers out every 3-4yrs! Thank you guys for all of your help and expertise!!!

In July of 2019 I had a new sump pump system installed in my home by Copper Ridge Services for $2,100. Since then Copper Ridge was purchased by Mr. Quick so when my sump pump system failed in April of 2022 I called Mr. Quick and they sent a plumber that same day. Great!I said to myself. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty primary pump and controller. The solution proposed was a total replacement. Still, no cause for alarm. The surprising part came when he told me the price. $5,761, which was $3,661 or 174% more than I had paid less than 3 years ago for the very same system.Was it supply chain issues? Inflation? I wasn't sure, but I was decided to find out. So, I politely declined the quote and paid the whopping charge of $373.95 for about 1hr and 20 minutes for the service call. Suspecting price gouging I went to a local plumbing supply store which offered me the same equipment (same brand, same model, same everything) for only $926.56 ($991.40 after tax)and I figured I could get a local plumber to install it thinking it would require a little luck and massive plumbing super-prowess. When I unboxed the system I was shocked to see that the sump pump unit consisting of a primary and backup pumps with a controller system comes already pre-assembled so installation consisted of only attaching the 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe to the check valve in my basement and just connecting the wiring as laid out in the instructions. So I did it myself in about 1 hr and another $30 in pipe primer / glue and supplies. I am scratching my head wondering how Mr. Quick would justify charging $4,739.60 to drive a couple of miles, collect the part from the supply store and spend 1 hr replacing a sump pump system.I totally get that Mr. Quick is a business for profit and has to make a buck, so I was not expecting them to do something for free or even next to nothing. As customer I expect them to make a reasonable profit. This markup is very far from being reasonable. In fact, it is flat out abusive. This experience sure taught me a lot.UPDATE: Mr. Quick told me the warranty was for 1 yr (I had purchased the original one from Copper Trace in July 2019) The supply company that sold me the replacement pump system was glad to take the old one back under the 3 yr mfg warranty and credit my purchase back to my card. So I basically fixed this issue for about $30 in supplies and 1 hr of my time. Grrrrr.
