Brian inspected our sump pump system and determined the primary and secondary pumps are in great shape, he drilled a new weep hole and raised the the floater. The source of the problem was the water level in the well was too low. He installed a new maintenance free battery. Brian was professional during his visit. He explained everything in terms that I could understand, and he was right on time.

Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got the job done and cleaned up his mess as well. I highly recommend this company.

We had one company that couldn't make it until Wednesday and another until Friday but Armor Air came right away as we were without water since Saturday and have two disabled, elderly moms living with us. Aaron was a breath of fresh air as a HVAC service technician. He found important problems missed by previous technicians and devoted a lot of time to make sure everything was right, including upgrading my air cleaning systems and finding and repairing a leak in my humidifier.He has set a standard for all the HVAC technicians I have previously used and modeled the high standards that Chapman Heating has long strived to maintain.

I called this place on a Wednesday evening for a slight emergency. We shut the water off to replace a hose spigot and ended up with a broken pipe. Since we couldn’t turn the water back on until getting that fixed it turned into a bit of an emergency. They told me they’d be there between 10-12pm the next day. The plumber arrived before 11am and was done before noon. The entire process was seamless, very knowledgeable and professional and even reasonably priced in my opinion. I even learned new things in the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!
