I have used Hope plumbing twice now, and both visits have been excellent. Richard fixed our gas line leak to our fireplace back in November, and was friendly and professional. Today, Saide fixed out clogged kitchen sink. Saide went above and beyond to explain the problem, how he was going to fix the issue, and how to maintain our drains it going forward to keep them from clogging. Overall this company has great people that are professional and know what they are doing, and it is completed at a fair price.

David was super helpful, answered all our questions, and reassured us with a plan. He took his time and made sure we were comfortable with next steps. Great experience! Roberto came for the second step of the process and really walked my husband and I through what to expect and how things were going to go. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. We are super happy we chose Benjamin Franklin plumbing for our home!

Weilhammer plumbing has fantastic service. I called to get a consultative visit about a a sewer gas smell in one of our bathrooms. We had had 2 other plumbers out over the last year to Attempt to diagnose the problem and both suggested expensive and invasive ideas to try and see if there was a leaky pipe somewhere in our walls.

Weilhammer was able to immediately realize what was going on and how it could be fixed. The fix was more than we were wanting to spend considering we are listing our home for sale this week but at least we were knowledgeable about the issue and that there was nothing to worry about as far as further issues arising.

The timely and friendly expert opinion was all offered at no cost and no pressuring with fear tactics of false claims

Frozen pipes. Plumb doctor was the fastest and same day service. Lifesaver every other big plumber couldn't see me till Friday with negative weather and frozen pipes. He let me to the pupe and said heat for 20 mins and you'll have water. Great honest plumber with and gave me free advice. 2 days no water . one phone call and a half hr later I got water like predicted. Thank you plumb doctor!!

Awesome service, awesome technician. My tech was at my home within 2 hours of my initial call for an appointment. Problem solved quickly, sometimes you need a pro. I was alerted to the status from start to finish by text and email. they even sent a picture of my tech so I'd know who was coming. Great job, will definitely use again if needed.

Job 1 - Creative problem solvers, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a couple little issue after a big job and they fixed quickly.

Job 2 - We had a leak develop by right next to they replaced our water heater. No one else was near there. A crack in a plastic drain pipe occurred that got worse over a few months. It has never leaked prior in the 15 yrs we have
lived here. I tried calling but they were busy. After a few hours I called another as I wasn't comfortable with Job 3 - changing our disposal which wasn't done properly.

Another plumber was able find and fix Job 2 and 3.

The leak ruined our office floor and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the other plumber repairs or floor.

Cody, the owner, is very knowledgeable but spread too thin.

Had a plumber come to my condo due to a very large water bill. Citizens said I must have a leak. Upon inspection it was found I do not have a leak and everything was in good working order. He came in the time frame requested, performed his duties very well, very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend this company and use it again.

Danny was a referral and a great one. Woke up this morning to a broken water heater. Need replacement and called a couple other plumbers and they all said we can Try and make it out today but no guarantees we can fix it. Danny said he would come right over and help. Pricing was far and work was completed before noon.
