I had Zimmerman install a ceiling fan and do all of the electrical work for my Mr. Cool Mini-Split HVAC. This saved thousands of dollars from having an HVAC company in Indianapolis do the work. Zimmerman showed up on time, was able to do all that was requested and the system and the ceiling fan work and look great. I will definitely use them again.

Called for an estimate for the electrical component of a bathroom remodel. Was not told at the time that there would be a charge to provide the estimate. Reviewed the plans, but Ryan did not discuss any potential issues with a dedicated circuit, or even look at the electrical panel. Even though this is an older house! Was asked for a $65.00 payment before leaving our house. I looked on the website, and the estimate charge is buried under a couple of tabs, and it says $50.00. When I brought this to his attention the response was, oh ya, I need to have the website updated. As of today (over three weeks later) it still says $50.00. When getting other estimates the electricians checked the panel, informing me that I would need to run an additional circuit to the bathroom, which means that his estimate for $65.00 is worthless. Also to note I've had several estimates for plumbing, electrical, etc. and not one has charged a fee. Will not use this company, and would not recommend. I would expect when paying for an estimate (not the industry standard it seems) it would be complete and thorough. I get the feeling this not much more than a quick stop on his way home on a Friday afternoon.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

We have been Godby customers for several years. They have performed plumbing repairs, replaced a hot water heater, installed a water softener and performed regular HVAC service. They are responsive, follow-up, and great to work with at a fair price!

I can't express enough about the quality of work this company does. They show up on time and meet expectations and more. They are all very nice. Also, they are glad to answer any questions to help you further understand what they are doing.

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. SDF has my business for life.

My problem was the outlet on a lamp pole near my dock. He not only fixed that but purchased and
attached a much needed lamp on the pole. He was able to restart the motor in the hood over my stove. He is professional and personable; always explaining what he is going to do. I found the pricing more than fair. I highly recommend Branch Electric for any electrical problem, and will definitely call him

I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. John King came out Friday to look an estimate a job for me. It was a very simple job dealing with putting electric up for a small camper. He was supposed to get me the estimate by the end of Friday evening. I explained to him that I needed the job done immediately and he said the earliest he could be was Tuesday. Tuesday came and I have not heard anything from him so I called. The receptionist acted like she had no idea what was going on but she must have spoke with him because Wednesday morning finally I received an estimate from John King. Tuesday I had another electrician cite the job and give me an on the site estimate. After time and material I was looking at about just under $500. John King quote was for $1,100! Thank you John King for being very late and having me wait patiently for absolutely no reason!

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Installed 8 lights in my barn/garage about 6 months ago and was very quick. They also cleaned up after them selves and took the trash with them. I will be using them again and will recommend them to others.
