I found the leak at noon called around 12:30. They were out by 1:15, new water heater installed by 5 pm. The plumbers that came out were terrific and knowledgeable. Very glad I used them.

Toby is the best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and feels like a trusted friend. We’re grateful for his quick response and intelligence in the industry.

Lift station replacement

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Wouldn't come out for less than $350. They set this as a minimum due to inclement weather. We declined, as we felt this was price gouging and they seemed to be taking advantage of the situation. Also, they gave no assurance that they would even be able to make it out at all. Thanks, but no thanks. (the garage door spring had broken and we were forced to leave it open a foot until the garage door people could come out...Garage Door Doctor came out immediately at no additional charge despite the weather conditions...they were respectable and ethical...Weilhammer Plumbing chose to gouge)

He help us choose the most affordable price and got the job done in as little as no time. I really appreciate this company for having such representative that are helpful, understanding and willing to work with the customer in an effective manner.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

Hunter was professional & quick to solve the issue i was having with my dishwasher not drain..... in a 5sec he figured out what the issue was, it a simple little plug...... great service & will use/call again

Eric Ross was super easy to talk with concerning all phases of his inspection and explained his notes from the checklist by letting us know what we need to watch out for in the future as our AC unit continues to age-all done with an honest and positive attitude. When our garbage disposal developed a crack in the bottom and needed replaced before Thanksgiving. it was very easy to schedule the appointment, they were here when they said they would be, put on shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code.
