We had them set up to scope a sewer line for us on a home we were purchasing. The Seller arranged to be home during the arrival window to give them access, we were given a heads up he was on the way and we passed that along to the seller and the tech did not even get out of the van to knock on the door for access. He called me while I was in a meeting and then left without even walking up the driveway to see if someone was there. That is terrible customer service and pretty sad from all my years of working with contractors.

Hi, I recently had Mr. Rooter out to fix what turned out to be a big leak underneath my laundry room (on a slab). They had to jackhammer through some concrete. Not only did they fix the problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by replacing the tile that got destroyed in the process. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with any kind of plumbing issue. They are professional and will do the job right. Thank you guys, you know who you are.

Alan was thorough and professional in his approach to troubleshoot a problem I had with the thermostat not communicating with the furnace. Just outstanding work! He also noticed that the humidifier needed a new water collection pad and, even though that wasn’t why he was called this morning, he took the time to help me know what item I needed to order and how to replace it.

I called John Flower after 11pm on a plumbing emergency the night of a holiday. They were quick to answer and were to me within a couple of hours. I called every other plumber in town and they were the only ones to even attempt to help in a bind. Once arriving, they were friendly and professional, quick, and did great work for a fair price. I would definitely use them again!

I had to call because my air conditioner called and y 20 year old furnace was struggling. B&W showed up on time before any other company responded. Diagnosed my problem and gave me repair and replacement options. When I decided to replace the unit they offered me a variety of payment options.

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Awesome, Amazing Knowledgeable guys. I’d trust my moms plumbing to them anytime I’m out of town. Thanks for squeezing it in! You guys are the best and made everyone’s night. Alex is the consummate professional who knows his HVAC stuff. He was very thorough to check everything in his inspection, took time to show me exactly what he found that may be of concern, and provided options for remediation. Very trustworthy.
