Quality work at a fair price. I have used Benjamin Franklin at my house since it was built 15 years ago. My Water heater is still the original when the house was built due to their maintenance I had them do and 9 years ago installing Easy Water to break down hard water. Worth every penny.With Benjamin Franklin and the other counterparts, Mr. Sparky... I always know I am going to be treated right, and quality work will be done professionally and efficiently for a great price!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

The day after he provided the quote he installed a high quality 40 gallon tank at a very competitive price. Dan was the installer and he has 32 years of experience.

The first guy who came out was not helpful and we actually asked him to leave. He was insisting on dismounting every toilet in the house, despite the fact that we knew from previous experience which toilet needed to be removed (and even had written instructions to this effect from the previous roto-rooter guy).We have had good experience with this group in the past, so we asked a different tech to come the next day. He was great, did a good job, cleaned up after himself - great service as we have come to expect from RR.

Water heater check. Was advised it is time to replace it. I knew it by the rust but wanted a pro to tell me. He was a polite and very knowledgeable young man.

Very positive experience and great service...needed main drain cleaned out today at my office due to backing up and flooding and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Plumber Andrew Nathan was courteous, personable and efficient which makes a tough, tough situation much easier to endure. The office staff (over the phone) was also great. All I can say is I have used Just Drains in the past, but I now have become a Summers Plumbing convert.

Mario was very knowledgeable and explained my air conditioner problems to me. It hadn’t been serviced in a cpl years and is quite old. He cleaned it up and serviced the air conditioner. Since speaking to him I am considering getting a new one. Mario is low key and not pushy and I was happy about that. I would suggest asking for him for your technician. I am very pleased with Mario and also Service Plus.

I would highly recommend this company! I called them for a water heater issue that caused water damage to my home. I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergency and that I needed them immediately! There was someone at my door in less than an hour. The technician they sent out was very professional and friendly. He made a very stressful situation better. He was even able to recommend a restoration company to help with the water damage. I plan on changing out all my faucets this spring and I will definitely be calling this company to do it. Also great to know that they do HVAC as well. I will be telling everyone to call this plumbing company!

Very poor professionalism. 10/10 would not recommend.

I used them for my personal residence. Had a leak that flooded my pantry and front livingroom which forced me to shut off my main water line for almost 2 days. Contacted Mr. Plumber they quickly sent someone over to diagnose and repair the issue. Conner Young assisted us he was very professional, kind and thorough in explaining what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. I am very happy with the hard work they provide I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I called them a week in advance for service and scheduled a time for them to come and clean my main line drain. We informed them that the repairs had to get be done in a specific time frame because we were purchasing the property. A technician came to the property, refused to service the property, and then the technician wouldn't answer when I called him back to try and reschedule. This was a large inconvenience and put us way behind schedule.
