Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

The technician showed up within the time I was told. He was cleaner than you expect a service tech to be. Very nice and professional. He took time to explain to us what the cause for the slow drain was, provided the price to fix it. After he was done he walked us back through his work and explained what to do to prolong the clog from happening in the future. The price was exactly what we were told. This is where I’m supposed to explain the downfalls but there were none and everything went perfectly. Good Job!!

I had a wonderful first-time experience with Service Plus and 3 of their technicians. Dave provided preventative maintenance on my water heater and conducted assessments of my water softener and all of the plumbing throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in everything he did. He also took a lot time to answer ALL of my questions and to educate me on the water heater and plumbing system. I also had Trace service my furnace. He provided the same level of exceptional customer service and workmanship. Most recently, Tyler performed a very thorough A/C maintenance inspection on my older unit. He too was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified a couple problems typical of an aging unit and presented me with a few possible plans of action. He was incredibly kind and attentive to my questions & concerns.I'd definitely recommend these outstanding technicians and Service Plus as a wonderful company to be a part of.

Excellent! I can't say enough positive things about Michael and his team. They were kind, explained everything to me, service was quicker than expected and I'll sleep much easier knowing our main and back-up sump pump will be reliable for years to come. Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Every single employee was a joy to work with and quite professional. On the day of installation all of the technicians worked well together and were quite entertaining. When I had questions they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I would recommend them to any and everyone!
