The technician Dominic was awesome. Took time to listen to my issues, answered my numerous questions without attitude or rushing me. Cleaned area after job completed. The company kept jn contact with until the technician arrived. Great job, great company.

He was fine at first but when I was trying to explain to him about my vents he didn’t want to listen and started walking away from me. Very condescending. Would not want he to return for any other services in the future.

I was having problems with my whole house humidifier. Tyree took a look at everything, made a couple of adjustments and then made sure it was working properly. He also gave me some helpful tips on extending the life of the humidifier and things to keep an eye on. He was great! I’ve been very happy with Godby with the various services that they’ve done for me.

Sometimes it's hard to find good reliable help that's also professional. Usually, that's the trade-off, but Tyler Kirkham was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! I had to turn another company away for not knowing how to do anything and not speaking before trying to gain entry to my home. Tyler Crushed it, and I became a member of their annual service plan! That's how you network and gain lifelong customers. I recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll triple recommend Tyler. New to the Indianapolis area, and it's a great sign when you can find a solid tradesperson.

Great experience with Brent had a lot of knowledge on what to do and how to fix things help me out a great deal.

I used armor air for topping the refrigerant and checking for leaks. The technician who came, Tim, was supposed to come back after a week to check for leaks. But he didn't show up even after 2 weeks. So, I had to call them to send another tech. Justin did spend a good amount of time looking for leaks and was quite thorough. He recommended replacing the coil. The problem is ever since he left my AC does not cool enough during the day to maintain the temperature I set. I guess I may be calling them again if this problem continues.

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

BEWARE OF WARRANTY AND SERVICE PLANS, I purchased a new AC and Furnace with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. I'm having an issue with my Thermostat, which has a 10 year manufacture warranty. I was told I need to spend $95 for them to come out and confirm. After explaining none of the buttons work, they still needed to have someone come out. The guy was here for 10 seconds and confirmed none of the buttons are working. Both the Tech and Customer Service said I need to spend $200 on a maintenance, come to find out I could have had the same for $53.Now they want to charge me the $95 trip charge for the 10 second confirmation.Not one time has anyone said, I'm sorry that you can't use your thermostat on the $10k system you purchased and have been on a maintenance plan. Oh your wife has to call you so you can turn up or down the system on your phone.. Just bad business, they remind me of Comcast, once you're with them, you're stuck, and they can care less.I'd strongly consider a non-COMCAST business like Williams Comfort.#GREED
