Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Andrew was on time, friendly, and informative. He explained everything in detail with what would be expected for our current equipment and needs for future replacements. He also went above and beyond by physically showing the problem areas that will need to be upgraded and answering all our questions.

Arman was fantastic to work with! We had 4 separate plumbing problems that needed work. He provided us with options for our repair, including options for replacement and explained thoroughly each option. There was absolutely no pressure to pick the most expensive option. Instead he helped guide us to the option that really made most sense for our family/lifestyle. In addition, he was on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and is an all around nice guy. I highly recommend Howald for any plumbing needs. Have used the high pressure big chains before and I will never go back.

The operations manager is very unprofessional inconsiderate inconsistent and unwilling to provide caring customer service. Called Mr Quick and their Customer Service was ver pleasant although the company is overwhelmed with calls she was very professional and willing to help. This encounter was not a good look on the business!

Williams Comfort air was called out for AC not working. Was told we need to replace entire AC/Heating system for $20,000 with no option for repair. I called in and spoke to an employee who later said it could be repaired for $4,000. Got a second opinion for another company and they said all we needed was a $500 condenser fan motor which we did and now works perfectly. I will never call or recommend Williams Comfort air to anyone.

Always love working with this company (used them at my old home and now at my new home)! Quality service at competitive prices. Every employee that has done work at our home has been polite professional and knowledgeable.
