We had a leak from our faucet and they were able to quickly install a new one. They had a day-of cancellation and were able to get us taken care of a week earlier than planned. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Alijah Jenkins came out ahead of schedule and found where the leak was under our sink, offered to replace the cracked drain and replace the other that was also old. I'd rather an expert do it so we told him to do both. He was very professional and personable and did a great job with the install. I have used Plumb Doctor in the past, so it was nice they had a record of some of the work they did on the sink before. Previously we had a clog, whereas this time it was a separate issue with the crack in a different area. Alijah noticed it within seconds and I was happy because he was in and out in less than an hour and saved me the hassle and frustration of figurine out by myself and making trips to the store.

I would recommend getting a price quote before they get to your house. They did a nice job, but I over paid by 35% ($800) over another major plumbing outfit. I know this because I price checked them later. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They definitely took advantage of the situation and charged me a premium.

Terry did a great job and provided me with timely information concerning the old pipes that needed to be replaced as well as a couple of other issues. My house is old and over the years I’ve ended up with a patchwork of plumbing with a mix of copper, steel and pvc. We’re fixing that and at at a reasonable prIce. The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
