B&W implements the Citizens Gas hot water heater program. I was blessed beyond measure to qualify for a new hot water heater installed by B&W. DT (Plumber) and Evan (Apprentice) arrived on time. The work was performed quickly and with quality. They answered all my questions, which were many. So glad to see they are bringing up the next generation of plumbers by employing an apprentice. It was wonderful to learn the story of why DT is so loyal to the company who has been so good to him for 18 years. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Our AC system was struggling to keep up with warm weather. It turned out to be a problem with the original installation. Evan immediately diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing the system, which took several hours. My family is grateful for his work as we head into the hot summer months!

We had a breaker melt down on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician (Adam) out to get us back up and running with heat/lights on Sunday morning. After investigating the depth of the damage we scheduled a panel upgrade that Adam also completed. Overall, very satisfied with pricing, work completed and cleanup after the job. We are thrilled to have the knowledge that we have a safe panel for years to come.

I am extremely disappointed in your work. You were paid $ 1662 on invoice 798950 to repair a furnace and it was not done correctly. A second visit had to be performed that found more problems that should have been found and taken care of the first time. And according to the service repair man more problems still exist that you at first wanted to charge me for. You will not be an option for me again. This is my point exactly, for $1600, you should have found the issues with the flue and the trap the first time and you didn't.
