Best Air Systems in Indianapolis IN

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

They were very nice. They were very quick. They were very professional. And, they were VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE. Over $600 to have 3 light switches replaced.

We had Service Plus come out to our home that we recently moved into and was having issues with our furnace. Our service tech, Collin Horton, was extremely thorough and explained everything very well. He addressed all of our concerns and made sure we didn’t have any questions before leaving.

Adam replaced three 2 prong outlets in my basement with GFI 3 prong outlets. He was quick, competent and professional. He also replaced 1 outlet upstairs. He took time to answer my questions and explain in layman's terms other electrical concerns that I had.

Good response time. The technician Chris was well trained and was able to find the problem right away. We just moved into this house and the AC quit working on my heat pump. Never knew how the unit worked. He took time to explain how the system works and what to look out for during the heating season. He told us about an additive that he could put in that would help extend the life of the system, and so we had him to add it. He also offered a maintenance package, which we took out that might benefit us in the future. Great Job Chris.
