In 2018 I got a quote for a gas 199,000 btu Navien tankless water heater from B&W as well as some other plumbing companies offering different brands. We didn't act upon our plan until 2021. The new price estimate made sense with the passage of time annd inflation when compared to the original. Quick scheduling and motivated installation plumbers made this experience feel like Christmas morning as a young child. The two man crew arrived on time and energized to provide great service and technical details of the process. Will I be using them for a scheduled maintenance plan and future service? You bet I will.

Frank Chaney replaced my gas thermostat on my waterheater. Did a great job. Very nice , pleasant and polite. Also was very reasonabily price on the labor side. I received the replacement part from the manufacturer Rheem, so it was free. Will Definitely be using these guys again. I recommend this company.

Another local service rep shared John's number and couldn't say enough nice things about him. References by mouth mean much more, so I called. Julie, their receptionist, was pleasant and listened carefully to my issues. She assured me Tyler would be here asap in the morning. Tyler texted as I was advised he would do before he got here. He was kind, respectful, professional and quality and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue and when I do my bath & kitchen remodels! A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
