Best Plumbing in Indianapolis IN

John McNeil has been out twice, for 2 different issues, in the last week. His knowledge, professionalism and honesty really make my wife and I comfortable and trusting of his work. He has always done a great job and kept us in the loop with what we need to be aware with as far as our home goes (being a 40 yr old house). We highly recommend John and Hope plumbing!!Ken Beavers

Cool water for morning shower a bad sign, as was the rather large puddle under the water heater. Attaboy to the rescue. Angies List provided a list of highly rated professional organizations. Before we could finish reading the list, the phone rang; AttaBoy to the rescue. Vernon arrived very quickly and did a very professional job installing a new water heater. The total cost was stated at the onset. All questions were answered upfront. No surprises, Just great work. Atta boy!

We had 3 bathroom vanities installed along with the related plumbing for those vanities in addition to the replacement of our shower & bathtub trim pieces. We were very pleased with the work done and would certainly highly recommend them.

We had a leak from our faucet and they were able to quickly install a new one. They had a day-of cancellation and were able to get us taken care of a week earlier than planned. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Joedy was very personable and honest when he gave my estimate. Larry and Brad were very good and informative. They treated my house as if it were there own and always closed doors, gates along w/ putting covers over shoes. The job was done promptly and would recommend them for any other plumbing needs. They were even able to find a way to save me some money without getting electrician involved. I’m always wanting to support a good family local business, and would use them again.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from LD Smith plumbing. My great experience started with Jennifer in the office. She was pleasant and accommodating, she set me up for an appointment right away. TJ came out to give me an estimate but instead , took the time to do the repair for me that very day. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing before he did it and he treated my home respectfully. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Spoke with Ross and he really helped me out of a pinch. When other plumbers were trying to take advantage of my situation, he gave me some free advice that saved me $1600! I will definitely call for all my plumbing needs!

Tech came out and told me I had to replace the ejector pump for 1500 dollars. Had second quote by a mom and pop place - put in a new check valve and it worked fine for $200.00. Do your due diligence and get multiple quotes and don't let this large company lie to you. Never again, will I call them, that was enough to turn me away for life.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

While dealing with a clogged toilet,Hamm and sons service arrived and dealt me a royal flush..great company to deal with..
