Adam from Godby arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. A clogged condensate line on my ac/furnace causing it to leak inside the house. He cleaned it out and added an open port so I can pour vinegar in the pea trap once a month to avoid future clogs. He noticed that the drain line felt loose. He went it the crawl space and found a mess of pvc pipe that wasn’t installed correctly. He fixed it by cutting the pvc to size and glueing it together properly. I appreciate his attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. I will use them again for future projects I want to do.

I've had the worst experience, I'm very, very, disappointed in Robert Poteet, in the summer I had him replace my breaker box, because it needed updated, my house is old. Well after I had gotten home I called him & told him my thermostat was off, did he touch a wire or something because it worked before that!! He didn't say anything, he act like i needed to change thermostat, I said no way not right now, I just pd $1800 for him to do the breaker box& something else in the attic to do w/electrical, now mind u I pd$200 more for him to come to do up in attic, my point is he just wants, wants your money 💰 now I'm without heat, he told me I need a new furnace, he said my furnace was old wasn't worth fixing. My furnace & heat worked just fine last winter. I got a second opinion from a respectable company i explained to him the issue w/ thermostat & electrical he said there wasn't enough power going to the furnace, so basically his screw up on electrical work plus he left the cover off the furnace, wires hanging out everywhere, not very safe! Please don't waste your time or money on him!!! CALL a respectable company. So now I've contacted BBB, called the news stations, I don't Want him to screw anyone else 😡
