Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Houston TX

We smelled natural gas. Remi checked every pipe connection for leaks. He became suspicious of the position of the hot water heater in the attic. It was raining and rainwater was leaking in because the top of the heater was wet. He was thinking the location of the heater near an attic vent was problematic. He was sharp enough to suspect the water heater vent. Bingo! The cap on the pipe had come off and was lying on the roof. Only a 6 stub of vent pipe was in place. Wind was blowing exhaust gas with CO back into the back corner of the attic! I gave him an extension ladder to use and he repaired the situation. The cap with its 3-4 ft pipe was lying on the roof.He gets 15 gold stars and deserves a raise! Amazing problem solving skills!!!

They performed a total house re-pipe and I am so absolutely impressed with David and DJ, they were kind, they were on time, they were fair, they were knowledgable and professional. I had no worries. I could even leave the house gave them the key knowing full well that they are taking care of things. Zach was excellent in explaining the issues, showing us the problems, taking photos, and explained the options and costs. When Zach returned to take care of our water heater, they took great care of our home while loading and unloading equipment, cleaned up the areas, and installation was completed professionally. We bought a home which had failed waste water piping from old cast iron original build. Halo handled the entire job, including removal and replacement of pipes, digging new piping to the city's waste lines, and refilling trenches/holes dug and replacement of any concrete which had to be demo'd for the job to be done. They worked quickly and were respectful of home and agreement. This is a big job that requires expertise, they handled it like pros - on time and on budget, as well. Very highly recommend. Great communicators, kept me up to date on project as we went.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did.
