Best Water Heater Repair in Houston TX

We smelled natural gas. Remi checked every pipe connection for leaks. He became suspicious of the position of the hot water heater in the attic. It was raining and rainwater was leaking in because the top of the heater was wet. He was thinking the location of the heater near an attic vent was problematic. He was sharp enough to suspect the water heater vent. Bingo! The cap on the pipe had come off and was lying on the roof. Only a 6 stub of vent pipe was in place. Wind was blowing exhaust gas with CO back into the back corner of the attic! I gave him an extension ladder to use and he repaired the situation. The cap with its 3-4 ft pipe was lying on the roof.He gets 15 gold stars and deserves a raise! Amazing problem solving skills!!!

The guys were friendly and quick. Kitchen sink was clogged real bad - 15 foot into the kitchen sink drain line. They cleared the clog with the snake and had me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I would call these guys again. Fair price too! I was able to get service the same day I called.

Great service. I've used Nick's a couple of times and they've always done a good job. Most recently they replaced a section of my sewer pipe that went bad. Did the job in one day and did a great job of putting the yard back together when they were done.

Mario Moreno was honest and quick to do the job. He was a very nice guy in general so it made this small project easy. He fixed our gas line going to two different grill cookers.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

They were up front about the pricing right away and had someone at my apt, and leak fixed within the hour. Very honest company and I would recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

From the moment i contacted them, i was greeted and treated very professionally. These guys did an amazing job fixing my broken pipes and even fixed some problems i didnt even know i had! Ive had many other experiences with other plumbers but this one is definitely the best. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and customer service is amazing. When our plumbing emergency occurred, it couldn’t have been at a worse time- Late Night, Sunday, Fathers Day. Of the more than 8 “24-7” plumbers we tried contacting- TPP were the ONLY ones who answered! From start to finish- these guys killed it! Not only was he attentive & patient with my many questions. Very professional, efficient & thorough- and when all was said and done, I found the final bill to be more than reasonable!Their business card is now on our fridge & is there to say!
