The technician that came in the afternoon after hours had to correct a mistake made by a technician that came that morning to do the twice a year service. Unfortunately he made a mistake, I am sure unwillingly but worrisome for us, the emergency technician was able to fix the problem. He was very profesional and knowledgeable.

I called and the person who answered was polite. A tech was at my house within an hour. He was professional and polite, gave me all my options and made the repairs in no time. I'd recommend highly and use again for sure.

They asked for $833 to replace the main shirt off valve. The highest quality valve cost $25 at home depot. Be reasonable with your prices.

Rex diagnosed my issues and found another issue that was a problem and was so patient with all of my questions. He is very professional and explains everything. I had to call him back and ask him more questions about my bathtub before he came out to replace a major part and he is so nice and so helpful when explaining how things work or do not work. I am very impressed with his work and will use him for my re-piping my house and re-routing my water pipes.

A++++++++++Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice.
