Water Heater Replacement

The onsite crew was good and they were able to unclog our line; however, I was disappointed with the cost which seemed excessive at $430.00.Additionally, I was told after the job was done that the six month warranty we were initially told would be included in the $430 cost would be reduced to a 30 day warranty because roots were found in the line. Even though the paperwork we were given outlined a 6 month warranty on a residential job with roots in the line.Lastly, we were told by the onsite crew (plumber and his supervisor) that someone would be back the next day to camera the line between 8am - noon. To accommodate this appointment, I stayed home from work and no one showed up or called.Overall somewhat disappointing.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

Please make sure you hire a quality person as they are the face of ur business.Am an individual not a company or ur competitor or a spammer first be ready to accept what is going on with your company. Priced me a flat rate for a simple drain cleaning when I called to schedule the work due to a slow drain--not even clogged. I received a call the day the service was to be performed and was advised the plumber was on his way and would be at my home in about an hour. Two hours later, still no plumber. The plumber finally arrived about an hour and a half after dispatch said he would be at my home. Then, he promptly tried to upcharge me for approximately 3 times what I was quoted days before---not because there were additional problems with my drain---that's just what they charge and I received bad information when I scheduled the job with their office. Plumber called his supervisor Jonathan, but Jonathan didn't care what they told me on Saturday when I scheduled the job, that I took off work, or that I sat around waiting on his plumber for over an hour. The best rate Jonathan could offer me was $128.00 for a simple drain cleaning. No thanks! What a total waste of my time. Needless to say I will never call Mr. Rooter again.
