Alex was extremely responsive and helpful. He was able to get a technician out to my house within an hour or two. After trying to get two other companies out all day, it was refreshing to have someone show up when they said they would. Our technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

Texas Quality Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for Texas Quality Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. I will recommend this company to anyone that I know who needs a plumber and I will definitely not hesitate to contact them should I need their services in the future.

Mike Harris (employee number 2627) came to my home this morning to help with rattling pipes after I flushed my toilet. It ended up being a simple fix and as result, he did not charge me. As I am a new home owner, Mike also gave me advice on my water heater and P-trap build up. I really appreciated Mike's thorough explanations and customer service. This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years. My fix it yourself' dad just wouldn't give up. Finally, I convinced him it was time to swallow his pride and call the professionals. Wow! They came in, took care of the problem in a hurry, did it in a way that salvaged Daddy's pride and at a price that didn't sound the wallet! I can't say enough about how nice, efficient and quick this crew is. I will never call another plumbing company again!.

Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again

I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. They came out the next day and were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of the possible issues I could have. After the inspection, the technician gave an honest opinion on what to do moving forward. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers, Linc plumbing and Redfin plumbing are by far the best in the industry. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Jason of Mr. Rooter over the weekend. We needed to change a shower faucet out and my husband attempted it on his own. When he saw the job was to big for him, I called Mr. Rooter. Jason arrived at 6pm on Saturday and saw that it was a several hour job. He came back early on Sunday morning to make sure the repair was complete before our open house at 2pm. He was courteous and professional, we are extremely happy with the service!
