I have a 101 year old house. Anthony and Cory immediately knew which route to go when they walked into the bathroom, as they were accustom to old houses. They thought out of the box, which one has to do for my problems. my problem seemed complicated to me, and i have put it off for a decade. the shower downstairs wouldn't work. Several people looked at it, but Nick's Service was right on it, I am SO HAPPY i called them. THey had great reviews, and now they have one more from me!!! I am so happy with the work, the guys, and the experience!!!

Halo replaced two 40 gallon water heaters in the attic of our 3 story townhome. A team of 3 came to work on the job. They worked fast, were clean, and respected the space. They explained what they were doing each step of the way if we had questions. Work was done in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing
