I can't recommend Copper Plumbing enough!!! They absolutely rocked it for us today at my mother's house. We brought my mom's dogs back to her house today in preparation for her discharge from the hospital only to find a big water spot on the ceiling and wet carpet due to a clogged AC drain line. Cooper's representative David and his coworker arrived in 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed, and resolved the problem.

I received a text letting me know the plumber was in his way. The text included a picture of the plumber which I thought was a great idea. When he arrived he was very polite and helpful. I’ve used Nick’s plumbing the past, will use them again, and have recommended them to friends.

We called roto Rooter and they were willing to come out Saturday night! We ended up with Kyrell coming out Sunday morning. He was able to clear the line for the washing machine, and I was finally able to do laundry.I mentioned the water under the laminate flooring and Kyrell called Mark to have him come check it out. Mark was at the house waiting for us when we returned from lunch. After some consideration we decided to try to dry the floor on our own. Unfortunately, the floor was not drying, so the next day, Monday, I put in a request to Roto Rooter online to come out, and next thing I know Mark is on the phone, because he saw that we had asked for another visit. He was over in minutes and from there walked us through the process of tearing out cabinets and flooring to find the root cause of the problem. Do you remember, we just bought this house?Five massive fans and an industrial de-humidifier later the floor was able to dry up. Joe was the one who came out and advised it was the water line from the dish washer to the water line. Apparently, it had been installed incorrectly.Now, I am working on the repair and rebuild of a kitchen I just purchased one week ago! Mark was with me every step, from filing an insurance claim to getting all of the Roto Rooter people out with their various specialties. I would text and ask questions and he was always there to answer and support me in each phase. We are definitely blessed to have been connected with Mark! He also, gave me the name of a contractor for the rebuild who I will definitely use if he is half as good as Mark!Thank you Mark Angerstein!

All in the Family Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing services I have ever used in 30 years time! They did a re pipe job in the master bathroom. They are quick, efficient, honest, friendly, respectful of you and your home. Left the work area clean! AND prices are very reasonable. Mark was so kind and so knowledgeable. Donna is on top of things and gets back to you in a matter of minutes! Because they are so good, they are in high demand...it could take a few days to get on their schedule....but worth the wait!

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

I have dealt with a LOT of companies in this hometown of mine but, I have never experienced ANYTHING like Mr. Rooter! I had an overall check done of my new home (new build) and Michael was thorough, informative and helpful in checking EVERYTHING, explaining how it all works and teaching me how to maintain and check things going forward. I am still in awe of this experience. He was also very considerate of my home; from placing a mat outside the front door, to putting on those shoe wrap things that must embarrass men, to my walls and just everything in our home! I will always call Mr. Rooter for any issue I have going forward! I can highly and honestly recommend this company - especially if Michael is any indication of their overall competence and courtesy!
