Best Water Line in Houston TX

We had our first visit from Village Plumbing and Air today, and could not be more happy with the service so far. From the call ahead for timing, reminder texts, and the service person bio to the very friendly and helpful technician (Dennis), it has been a great experience. They were even able to get us in early next week for some of the additional work needed.

We had a main water line leak. Their team came out on time, worked efficiently, and professionally. The men were courtesy and respectful. They did great work and had us fixed in a few hours. I will definitely use them again if we need work done.

We had a leak on a 15 year old water heater on a late Friday afternoon. Another plumber had already come out and gave us a quote to replace it. We called Nicks and within an hour Josue Omana came to assess the situation, provided a quote that was almost half of the other and guaranteed he personally would come out to do the job the next morning. Josue arrived promptly at 8 am on Saturday morning with everything he needed to replace the tank and install new valves. We live in a condo building so needed the job done fast to get the water back on for our neighbors. He and his associate were prompt, incorporated our feedback and charged us the quoted price. Josie has been a plumber for 15 years and you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and very honest.

GEI Plumbing Services technician was very knowledgeable and broke down what he was doing while also providing recommendations to help the systems longevity. I definitely know who to call next time. Thanks again.

Camera and cable were used to find the problem in the waste line. The toilet was removed and reinstalled somewhat unnecessarily as there was an in-house wall mounted access nearby. The garden had to be disturbed to find and refit the clean out. This took time and digging! Everything was restored very satisfactorily. Very nice young men!

Josh assisted my mom with her water filter. He was phenomenal!! He did such a great job, was super nice and helpful.

We had a serious plumbing problem and I don’t know how we were fortunate enough to find Blue Frog. They did everything they said they would do and more. We could not have asked for a better bunch of guys that came to our house to fix our plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone because I know they would do an excellent job. This company deserves a gold star because they are the best.

I used Texas Quality Plumbing several years ago and was very pleased so this time when I had a small plumbing problem I called them and they came out next day. They were quick in the repair, cleaned up accordingly and their estimate was spot on. They even put on my bath spout for me at no extra cost. Additionally, they worked with my billing process (my home is in a trust and billing sometimes can take a day) with no added issues or problems and seemed to be happy to help. They guys that came out were spectacular and friendly. Very willing to help and get done. I even got a nice recycle back with gifts inside. I say they are great and will use them going forward!!

All in the Family Plumbing came out to our house to fix a running toilet. They did an amazing job. If you're looking for a plumber in the Tomball/Cypress area, I highly recommend them.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

Francisco was very polite and professional. He replaced a leaking gas valve and explained the problem the procedure and the price prior to the work. After completing the work he made sure to show me the leak was repaired and I had no further issues. I recommend this company and will use them again when needed..

In this day and age it's hard to find honest people who doesn't take advantage of customers. The service from Lindell Francis was exceptional. He was honest and trustworthy.
