We had a Thursday at 4:30 p.m. office back up disaster. My regular plumber was unable to come out, so I call Nick's. They sent a technician over within an hour. He assessed the issue, but since it was late, said he would come back the next day in the morning. He did exactly that. They resolved the problem and further trouble-shooted some things. It was a little expensive, but the service, knowledgeable and friendly technician were all worthwile.

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) Francisco went above and beyond to ensure our drain was snakes properly, regardless of some challenges he came across that added some significant time to our rather routine job. He also fixed some other minor things under our sink at no additional charge. The price was fair - I will use again
